March 1,2022: Stop hiring girls who chat in front of customers about their weekend. They should b walking around n asking customers if they need any assistance. They don’t even greet the customers. This location sucks

Ardene's offers a great selection of women's clothing, accessories and some footwear. Its a Canadian clothing store. Right now they have some awesome sales on.

The manager needs some training on how to talk to her employees. While I was paying for my items she loudly reprimanded my cashier in front of all the customers which I found to be very unprofessional. Especially considering the cashier was doing nothing wrong. That is no way to treat an employee. Will not be returning to this store, I feel bad for all the employees working under her management.

Bad experience 😡😡 I was buying a winter wram slippers unfortunately I had only cash with me all big bills and one $5 bill and the price was after %70 off $8 and change I give to cashier $50 bill and she said she has no change to give me back ,Mall opens up at 10 am and I was there at 2.20 pm🤔🤔no selling out merchandise until that time on that location to break $50 bill ?? So I asked for a manager to come and help because she has access to safe and patty cash for hole day using. A short gril with fig eye lush and lots of attitude came and said yes we have no change for your money and people are paying with card no cash we didn't go to bank to bring cash too. "Normally, big chain shops get money through starting the week to avoid extra trips to banks." Wow, what a customer service experience. I was amazed by that in big chains shops, honesty it was not a big issue , but the way she came I don't blame cashier since the manager is roll moldings than I ask for head office number she gave me and cashier was apology from her since she called her to come in the front and me after calling to customer serviceby a lady was saying email all information to our website and we will send it to store and manger will contact you. My question is this if she treated me like that ,will she call me back for what ?? What is your responsibility as head office for your customer care? If $50 is a big bill for you, put a note that you are not accepting big bills if you think you are getting a fig bill, so provide a machine to recognize bills.

By far the best Ardene I have shopped at. Staff were cleaning and disinfecting the whole time I was there and limiting the amount of shoppers. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Have some good stuff..you get what you pay for..

This place has great staff and a very good selection of clothing! Never had a problem here. I usually find what I’m looking for or a close replacement.

My favourite store in the mall!!! For students it is the absolute best place to shop for amazing deals, and quality clothing. The only reason I’m giving a 4/5 stars, is only because they never have jeans or leggings in my size, normally they only carry XSmall, Small or XLarge. Rare that I’ve seen a size 7 or a medium. Part from that, I love shopping here!
