I had a wonderful experience with Victor at the Pickering location. A screw had come loose on my glasses and the lense fell out. He was very quickly able to put everything back together for me and cleaned them as well. Great service, very friendly!

Thus location is bad only because they tend to take on way more than they can handle. Ask for an appointment and they will tell you, no need just walk in. Go to walk in and you will stand in line for over an hour simply because they take more than they can handle. Always have one optician on site but make it sound like it's only this specific time that there's only one and usually that's always the case. Last time buying at this location, apparently other ones are better. This review is not a reflection of the doctors office but the shop

My old glasses broke and I was desperate to have them fixed as I have a wedding to go to in a week's time. There was no help at all from other optical store. Kumar from LensCrafter, Pickering Mall, understood the urgency and helped to find a pair of frame that would fit the lenses. And he made it work!!! I really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of Kumar and his staff. Kudos to them!!!

Walked in this amazing location...staff was extremely friendly. My glasses were crushed and they fixed them no question in minutes. Thank you all over there I'll be coming back with my family to purchase glasses from you .. amazing selection and again I cannot stress the staff is amazing

The staff is great. But one of the managers is terrible. I went in after my frames broke not more than 3 months after I got them. I understand the fault is on me but the manager was incredibly rude. One of the staff members recommended I reach out to the Customer Support team as it might be under warranty, the manager was upset and told me I had to buy new frames at full price and there is no warranty. When I reached out to CS, the frames were in fact under warranty and are being replaced. Great staff, terrible manager.

Went back a few months later with a change in heart, and Pegah (the manager) was extremely accommodating and helpful. This store carries a wide range of choices for glass selection and they have excellent employees like Pega (the store manager) and Rubina. They helped us find the right glass selection and spent time to make sure we had the right deal and measurements for our glasses were accurate before we left the store. I had a good experience here. I had gotten my last pair of glasses somewhere else. The glasses here were a bit more expensive but the quality was noticeably better-didn't scratch as easily, has blue light blocking, etc. Also they have technology that reads your face to fit your glasses perfectly to you. The other place didn't have that. The day I came to this location Victor was helping me and he was awesome. There was a sale happening so I got frames and lenses for a really great price! Have gone to this location for years at Lenscrafters Pickering Town Centre and my experience recently was just as great as always. Had some issues with some new glasses and the Manager there Victor got all these issues solved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Victor kept a long time customer happy and as a result he will continue to have my long term future business. My 92 year father recently ran over his glasses with his wheelchair. They were pretty mangled. Both lens had been popped out and the frame was twisted. I took them into the LensCrafters in Pickering Town Centre where they were originally purchased approximately 4 years ago. I had little hope that they could help but it didn’t hurt to try . The two people on duty were so kind. They were able to fix them at no charge. What a relief. I couldn’t thank them enough. They are real life savers and crisis was averted. I going to start off by saying Julie's customer service is stellar. I walked in just as they were closing and thought they weren't going to be able to help me but Julie went above and beyond. Not only did she repair my favourite pair of sunglasses (which I sat on) but she sprayed them with Anti fog spray (didn't even know that was a thing). Definitely coming back!

People in the Pickering Town Centre store are very helpful. I did have to come back a few times because the original order was placed (without my knowing it) for a type of progressive lens with much less "in focus" area than I am used to. However, that has now been resolved and I'm eagerly awaiting my improved lenses! Felicia was very helpful with this, and her manager kindly gave me the new lenses with the same discounts as the original ones.

After being denied help at Hakim Optical and told I would have a hard time finding anyone who would correct my issue based on “liability risks”, I was warmly welcomed by the staff at LensCrafters in the Pickering Town Centre yesterday. I had broken the arm off a pair of prescription RayBan sunglasses (that I use daily when driving) and needed those prescription lenses to be switched out into a new, same style/brand set of frames. They quickly made the adjustment for me without any resistance or hassle, and after months of waiting I finally have my sunglasses back in working order. I couldn’t be happier with their service or thank the staff enough for this seemingly minor service that made the world of a difference to me after being turned away at other retailers. Will be returning for all my optical needs and highly recommend this location!

Halison and other associates were very knowledgeable and professional. When I saw that my particular glasses were on sale on the website, they adjusted the prices. Great buying experience, but I had to return my glasses. The frames were too big even with adjustments. I did wear them home to be sure though. Just wearing them made me dizzy and caused distorted side views. The return process was a little confusing however and apparently part of my refund has to be mailed to me from head office as a cheque. I have to wait 4 weeks possibly. The return policy should be spelled very specifically in store. Only second time I have ever returned glasses.

First visit, gentleman who served me was friendly and helpful. Ditto the man who measured. Same experience with same people when I picked up my 3 pairs. Last visit to ask them to tweak the fit I went as a walk-in, not realizing I needed an appointment for that. Understood, and they served me anyway. However it would be an exaggerating to say that the woman/perhaps manager who greeted me on this last visit did so graciously and in a friendly manner. She could have been so much more pleasant. It was a cold, shame-on--me experience. But during these times I hate to complain. They are working under considerable awkwardness and difficulty during these times.

The doctor was great, we will definitely book with her again next time. All the employees were very pleasant and kept the store very clean and sanitized everything. All the glasses you try on or touch go into a separate tray so they can sanitize them before putting them back on the shelf. I would recommend them to everyone. 😊

This was my first visit to this Lenscrafters (I moved) they pulled my file from the old store and treated me like a long time customer. The woman that assisted me was very quick to identify my needs, and helped me select the frames in record time (my opinion). I am pleased with everything about the service I received. My day was not going well, but this visit brightened my day.

Went in for an adjustment for my glasses. Rubina did an excellent job after months of dealing with issues at another location! She listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly during the adjustment. Wonderful service.
