I received excellent care and an exercise routine so I am able to fully recover from my total knee replacement. Maryam and Eugenie worked with me to point me the right direction to regain the strength and flexibility I was looking for so I can return to my active lifestyle. I am now able to play sports and run around with my grandchildren. Thanks for the excellent exercise routine and the attention to detail by insuring I was performing the exercises correctly.

A nicely organized physiotherapist. You can fill in forms online, when going for the first time there will be forms to fill for your specific needs, so go early enough to complete them. A very busy office. They really were able to help me.

The staff are genuinely friendly and amazingly helpful. I have a spinal cord injury and since coming to them, a lot of the difficulty I was having walking has already improved. Mohsen has been amazing, and always pushes me during my sessions!!! I highly recommend this location.

Catherine Roe has been preforming my lymphedema drainage treatments on my face and she has been doing a wonderful job. Satmeen Nagra was my occupational therapist. She was absolutely amazing! Her technique and approach is very effective and she actually cares for her patients well-being. Satmeen was always understanding and accommodated me with even a busy schedule. She should definitely be commended on her work ethic and compassion towards her patients and job.

Satmeen was awesome. She listened and gave me great tips for helping through various post cancer issues. I would recommend her to anyone who is going through various issues such as not sleeping through the night, not getting to sleep, anxiety or any issues yoy have. I have been coming to Lifemark for Physiotherapy since December 2022. They have been phenomenal to work with. Mohsen (physiotherapist) has healed my shoulder that has been causing pain for over two years in just a few months. The staff is wonderful, accommodating and very friendly; especially Gayatri who works at the front desk. The staff was very kind and caring. When I had difficulty with my paperwork, the receptionist helped me understand and show me the way forward. My appointments were always on time and carefully done. My physiotherapist and massage therapist were trained and helped me during this difficult period.

I recently completed vestibular rehabilitation with Mohsen to cope with on and off dizziness. He was patient, supportive and encouraging. Support staff in the facility were also friendly and helpful. I had an ACL and a torn meniscus surgery done and I got a recommendation from one of my neighbors who just had a he knee replacement done, to try life Mark physio. Soon as i went there they were knowledgeable with the surgery I had done and knew what to do and had a good time frame on how I would heal. They where honest with everything and Maryam took good care of me! She is an excellent and smart well-rounded physiotherapist. All the staff where great too overall 10 out of 10

I was referred to Lifemark in Pickering by my hospital, after a knee replacement. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. After being in a horrible motor vehicle accident, I was referred to Lifemark for physio. This is the best place ever! Mohsen was extremely honest with me in regards to recovery times, has pushed me to challenge myself and has been extremely motivating. Although I have a long way to go in regards to my recovery, Mohsen has been there every step of the way. Elaine is also super kind and friendly and ensures that the workouts I do are correct when I go to the gym area. I just want people to know if their is no pain there is no gain!

Maryam at Lifemark in Pickering is truly one of a kind. I visited initially for a tennis elbow injury, and was hesitant as I've had some questionable experiences in the past with physiotherapy. Within one session, I was already seeing improvements. She was able to fully heal my elbow, and I've been taking the opportunity to work on other issues (rotator cuff injury, neck tightness), which Maryam's also been incredible at. I can say without a doubt that she is one of the best, if not THE best therapist in Pickering, and surrounded by some wonderful staff members.
