In my Experience.. probably the worst massage place ever.. I would highly recommend not to go ther.. right from the reception to the facility its worst. only thing is the place looks flashy.. The masseuer was good in strength but dont know how to massage.. she gave me extra pain for the rest of day.. hot towel was too bad.. everything about this place is bad

Worst massage ever. Massage is not petting like a cat or a dog. It was basically just rolling hand, making zero effort and expecting appreciation and tips. Waste of time and money.

Terrible massage. These guys beg for tips even after Terrible massage. I gave 5 bucks cause I felt bad then lady calls me cheap. I would not have left a review if she had not said that. I spent 1 hour and she spent 30 min of it doing some weird "head massage" which was her nails scratching my head and lightly running her fingers across my face. I came for 1 hr back and neck massage. I told her multiple times which area to focus on she says "okay yes" and continues to do the same nonsense. Don't waste ur time or money here. They are Rude. Don't know what they are doing.

Treated my wife it read 4.8 in the reviews. I paid for the massage and she says you pay tip. I think this was very unprofessional. She did not know I gave my wife the tip money to give the girl but I don't think they should be asking you for the tip it is a personal thing if people want to tip or not. PS I went to pay by credit card she goes oh you don't pay cash I have to charge taxes .

Worst massage both my partner and I have ever received! FYI, don’t bother going with a RMT massage if you’re wanting to claim it. They don’t give you insurance slips if you are with large insurance companies like Manulife, Sunlife etc.👎🏽

Recommended, was great fell asleep during and woke up drained. Lady really worked the knots. Only wish I understood what she was saying to me, little issue with language barrier.

Everyone is a bunch of douche bag complainers. Super hard working girls! Tell them what you want and they will deliver, they do not read minds. Clean establishment and very friendly. Prices are beyond reasonable and they do not beg for tips. 10:30-9 are crazy hours so tips are obviously welcome. Try massaging gross, hairy, stinky bodies(not mine) for for almost 11 hours. They always accommodate me and my family. Good job girls, thanks for taking care of us.

They take most of the insurance companies, but you have to pay first and then reimburse ,so far no complaints for the therapist , on times, easily getting appointments.

Great service , excellent massage. I have been to other massage places all over but this one stood out for sure! They went beyond what I was expecting with hot rocks and a hot towel. I will be going back regularly. Price was great too. Wasn’t very busy because they were new. Almost didn’t want to post on here because I want it all to myself lol 10/10

This is one of my favourite places in Pickering to go to for a massage! Very clean, spacious and comfortable massage beds. The therapists are very professional and the massage techniques they use always helps to loosen any knots or muscle tension I have.I’ve been here countless times and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place

Diana was extremely rude when she was given her tip by my friend. Complaining about it at the front in front of other customers, we were shocked. Absolutely unprofessional.

They have a therapist named Kitty. She has the best technique and she applies good amount of power. If you are going to this place then do try a massage from her.

The massage was good but they tell you $55 !on the phone and I repeated it back to her and she said yes but change it to $65 after your massage. You can't claim their massages so the price is not fair. I would have gone elsewhere for that price because you have to give a tip on top. Same happened to man behind me. So no I won't ho back there.

Great place, I love the girls there they are so kind and great at their job. The prices are very reasonable and worth it. I don’t know why people are being little brats and ungrateful people because this place gave me the best massage of my life. This place has so much patience in anything that is hard to be patient in, I had an hour and a half massage and they put ever little ounch of their strength into the massage.Yan spa is so underrated and they deserve so much more. Thank you girls ♥️
