Cindy is an excellent massage therapist. I've had a number of knee surgeries and am usually uncomfortable with people touching them except for when she massages my legs. I feel like she can read your body very well. She extremely in tune. Plus I've had awful shoulder pain for as long as I can remember and since I've been going to her, my shoulders have felt great! I would strongly recommend that you go to her if you want the best message of your life! I recommend her to all of my friends and family. Thank you Cindy!

This was my first massage in well over a year. It is amazing how much strength Yao has to work on all my tight spots. She was amazing. Firm just the way I like it, but also checked in if it was too much.

I booked by e-mailing Cindy. She responded quickly, was very professional and also friendly. She booked me a half an hour with Ranika. The location was easily accessible and clean. Ranika made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! She asked me a couple times if I was good with the pressure which I appreciated and she listened to my needs. My husband and I have usually been seeing Yao who is an amazing RMT but she has taken some well-deserved time off. I’ve been feeling more pain lately so I decided to try a session with Jessica. It was a really positive experience. I felt comfortable from start to finish. She is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Although she customizes her treatments based on individual needs, I was happy she is also great at deep tissue massages. I felt much better after the session with less tension in my shoulders and neck. I’m already re-booking with Jessica!

Cindy is an awesome massage therapist!! From the outside it doesn't look like much. But don't be fooled! The inside is like a calming oasis. The decor, the colours, furniture, everything. And the massages are da bomb!!!!!

I’ve been going to Cindy for years and I’m not sure why I have never left her a review. Cindy is the best massage therapist! Her place is beautifully done with all the decor and warm atmosphere. I have also seen the other therapist Yao who is also absolutely wonderful.

This is my go-to spot, I live far out of the way from Pickering now, but always make the trip out to see Yao. She's fabulous at giving me the perfect mix between a deep tissue/relaxing massage and has very soft hands. It's always clean, and the bed is comfy. I highly recommend Therapeutic Kneads! :)

This place is the genuinely the best. ALL the RMTs are truly exceptional at their craft! Went with the intention of just getting my shoulder fixed up. It has been fixed for awhile now, and I cant stop myself from going back anyway. Just do yourself a favour and try them out. I'm SO happy I did.

I like that they both check in during the massage to see if they are meeting all your needs and if there is an area that requires special attention or ask if the pressure level is what I want.
