Hit or miss there is 2 nice girls there and they are great I give them a 5 star. However the "supervisor" who was working today at 9:30AM was so rude. She dresses very sloppy and wears a winter hat and her baggy sweat pants were hanging off her(what happened to presentation aka uniforms) Anyways she was very rude to me. She tried to over charge me and gave me major attitude. I was so upset I went to leave and she said your welcome with so much hostility and attitude. What a great way to start my day. I am a paying customer I deserved better than that. On top of that she made the worst smoothie I ever had at booster juice (prob on purpose) I wont be back. Ill just make my smoothies at home. Too bad because the other ladies were amazing. To the supervisor who worked 03/22/2018 @ 9:30AM Learn how to smile and treat customers with respect you are representing a company and it is not your company you get paid to represent them in a positive manner! I also contacted head office to file a complaint.

Came here to try their açai bowl and I was pretty excited to try it considering the last time I had this was in Hawaii. In the photo the açai bowl has the color of the fruit but when you get in real life it's actually green because the lady told me the spinach makes it green. This made disappointed since I also love the color of açai bowls and the fruit and then I get this full green color. I felt like it was false advertising. It was still tasty but maybe it's just me being a little extra or maybe not. Isn't the advertisement what gets you to buy the smoothie so when you don't get what you expect then yea it's a downer! Anyway it will be the first and last time I get the açai bowl there knowing this now.

Live across the street from this place and never been till today. They offer a lot of different smoothies. I was just there because my kids wanted a drink there. The drink was okay nothing special but the price for the large is a decent price. I was pleasantly surprised at one of the staff who did something very special for my daughter. I think the people that work there are very passionate about their job and are great people.

Pros: Product quality is always precise and well-made Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive The store is kept clean, stocked and in good order Cons: Delayed service. While this isn't always the case, there have been times where I have had several staff members performing tertiary duties while a significant line forms at the register.

My favourite Booster Juice location. All the workers here are very nice. The minute I walk in I am usually greeted right away by someone. Never have had a problem with any of the drinks I have ordered here. My usual go to drink is the ‘Hail to the Kale’. I have noticed at other locations sometimes it is not consistent on how it is made, but this location gets it right everytime. Thank you to the wonderful people who work here ❤️

This place almost always knocks it out of the park. The staff are always happy to greet you and if you’re a regular, it doesn’t take them many visits to learn your order and make it well, every time.

Really poor customer service! And they speak in there language..... make horrible drinks!

Wasteful. Will not support this location again. Employees made a little too much of 2 of the 3 smoothies we ordered and when I suggested they just put what's left into a small plastic cup (both in one cup which other Booster Juice locations do) they said they can't. I said I can even drink some of my smoothie to make space so they didnt have to pour the extra smoothies down the drain and they refused. The employee said their company policy is to throw away the extra and I hate seeing perfectly good food/drink go to waste. THIS POLICY NEEDS TO CHANGE! 😡
