My recent stop at Starbucks in Pickering on Aug.7th, 2023, aimed to quench my thirst with a cold drink on a warm day. Opting for something different, I went with the Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. The Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade I tried wasn't as flavorful or sweet as I had hoped. It felt somewhat watered down, lacking the boldness that usually characterizes Starbucks drinks. The expected burst of mango and dragonfruit flavors was disappointingly subdued, leaving me wishing for a more vibrant and refreshing taste profile. As someone who usually enjoys their selection of beverages, this particular choice didn't live up to the mark. The atmosphere at the Pickering location was fairly busy. With limited seating available, I was disappointed to find that many tables were unclean. The state of the tables took away from the overall comfort of the visit. On a positive note, the staff member who took my order was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process pleasant. By focusing on improving cleanliness and possibly revisiting their recipe, this Starbucks location could once again become a top choice for both quality drinks and a comfortable atmosphere.

It is deceivingly small on the outside but long and deep like a tooth. Also has a few outdoor tables. Would have given 5 stars if I wasn't left standing without a mere acknowledgement that I was at the counter waiting to order. Once they take your order then sure, the staff there are friendly and pleasant. Just north of PTC on Kingston road.

The customer service here is fantastic, sadly the quality of the prepackaged bacon and sausage wrap was terrible. There was no sausage or bacon in the wrap. Not the fault of the staff, but upper management needs to look into this supplier as soon as possible.

Last night - girl at the bar was AMAZING! Her initial starts with an "A". She has been on the cash too and always a complete joyful person! Thank you to this girl for always speaking to the customer and great service! Customer service is never this good anymore, but you made a difference.

Ordered a Blonde Roast coffee, black. It was burnt and bitter. Last time I ordered the Pike Place, it was also burnt and bitter. I'm afraid to try the water next time.

I'm sorry do you not have ice at this location? Or vanilla syrup? or 2% milk? I ordered my fave drink through uber eats. I normally go to the starbucks at bayly & liverpool but this is the only location that does uber eats around me. This was the worst Starbucks drink I've ever recieved. And i paid over 10$ for it because it was through uber. NO ICE. NO MILK. Tasted like burnt dirt water. I highly doubt cold brew was used it tasted very much like their medium roast ice coffee. There was no vanilla to off set the awful taste of burntness so I could tell it wasn't included. Seriously what's with the no ice. Its a standard default for cold brew to have ice.

This location is both hard to access (probably the worst parking lot for a Starbucks) and is super busy in the mornings. But it's a nice place to sit and work and the staff were good.

This place is getting very busy and only two or three staff works. I had to wait 15 min to get my Ofer and not only me there are few people waiting for the Oder as well as in line to place order.

Excellent service as always from any Starbucks I've visited. Wasn't a huge fan of the Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, I would say it's "ok" Some of the tables needed cleaning and the pendant lights by the window had many cobwebs. It's nice to see 2 reserved spots for mobile orders to run in and grab your order, and there is also wheelchair accessible parking right in front the Starbucks entrance along with automatic door. The display shelving of mugs and accessories is a nice touch and well-placed to separate the lounge/searing area from the patrons that are in and out.

Starbucks, even now after all this time remains unique in their products, app deals or bonuses, and especially staff. I hit this location few times a week before I head to work. If I order ahead it's much faster to get my latte than waiting in line. Use the app, get the points, tuest me. This particular location can leave you waiting a bit longer for your coffee or items purchased.

Only a 4/5 because they didn’t have any plain bagels. Otherwise everything else was good. Got my drinks in a timely manner.

This location has one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Every single time I've visited, they treated me with respect, kindness and with such excitement to help out with my order, especially if I was looking to try something new. Ask for Brent if you go here (store manager I think) because he's an absolute darling.

It was the my birthday and my friends had convinced me to go to Starbucks for me “free birthday drink”. I was a little skeptical as I haven’t had starbucks since after turning vegan 6 years ago. We walked in and the layout of this location was immaculate, very spacious and clean. The gentleman serving me was very kind and outgoing. I had let him know it was my birthday and that I was vegan and he helped me pick the right drink with no hesitation! He even told me they’d all come out to sing happy birthday to me lol, overall very good service I would definitely be back!

This Starbucks has EASILY the best service in Toronto. I wish I could give them multiple stars. Always pleasant.

I just went to this location for a coffee. We waited a long time for a simple black coffee while they filled the on line orders ahead of the people who actually showed up to the location . There were at least 6 staff and they were absolutely disorganized . I will not go to this location again!

This has been our local coffee place for many years now, always great. Walking my dog before dawn today, followed by someone who changed direction whenever I did. I came straight here and they made sure I was safe. Very reassuring and welcoming, thank you so much.

I'm just wowed by my visit today. The gentleman who took our order was so delightful! I brought my twins out for some air and a treat and this man had a small conversation with them and they were just so happy and said he was a very nice and pleasant man! The other gentleman who made our frappe was so kind to divide it up for my little 4YO. They loved it! And loves him! Thanks for a wonderful evening treat!

Go to coffee place in pickering, awesome friendly staff and great drinks. only downside is mcdonalds makes the parking lot a zoo

The chairs are uncomfortable and tables are tiny. Otherwise, it's what you expect. Average coffee (one-third of my cappacino was foam) for double the cost of a mom and pop shop. Pickering's coffee/cafe scene is non-existent though, so take what you can get...

Staff here are ultra friendly and take the time to make your beverage proper. It is a small location, depending on the time of day would determine seating availability.

Starbucks is one of my indulgence. I love their coffee and most of their baristas are charming people. My top fav places are Whites and Liverpool and Liverpool and Bailey in Pickering. I also love the express booth in the Union Station. The one in the mini mall where the Winners is at Progress Rd is also a quick pop in.They are quick and brisk plus very friendly.

I've been here a few times now as my usual location is closer to my house Liv and bayly. Every so often I stop in this one if I'm close. The staff are always so friendly. It's amazing how majority of the businesses are suffering in requiring staff who are good on top of that.. every starbucks has amazing staff they're always so pleasant, chatty, helpful & personable. Whoever runs these 2 stores are doing a fantastic job on keeping customer service at its top priority I don't want to take away from the individuals who are amazing and are able to keep up that great CS!! Shout out to the Asian guy making the drinks YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! Wish I got your name but I wanted to be sure (regardless) that you would be recognized!!

Active and vibrant place in downtown puckering. Satffs are very friendly. Only downside is its same chain shop everywhere. Nothing new nothing special. Repeated food and drinks.

I don’t make it here often. Drink’s like this make it a great treat! The have you covered in multiple locations. Service is fast and friendly. Lots of extra goodies. Sit in or take out. The environment is upscale w open concept windows surrounding you. Lots of tables. I say if you want premium caffeinated beverages and rich treats! You can’t go wrong!
