Very new store and new on Uber eats but we were sooooo excited that this chain opened up in Pickering! It’s Kung fu tea but not the same menu as in Markham and other Canadian locations. This is the first that has the American menu. Not sure if it is because the time we ordered (near end of day) but lots of out of stock drinks. There was a slight hiccup with the Uber system that made the store only see one drink and they called us to say it was out of stock too. Uber delivered it with just one drink when we ordered 4, so the owners called and made the drinks when the store was already closed. Another drink was out of stock but they made us an alternative drink. They had a worker deliver and refund us the entire Uber order in cash. Very unexpected and great customer service. The drinks were really good too! Looking forward to ordering more! Very impressed with the drinks and most importantly the customer service. Welcome to another good bbt chain here to Pickering!

Went for the slush since it was a hot day. The tapioca isn’t as good as some other places but the slush itself is pretty good. The Caribbean slush is a little too sweet but the mango one really taste like mango.

We ha e been wanting to try KF Tea for a while now and today was the day! We got the following: Carmel Machiatto with Tapioca, Mango Creamsicle with Tapioca, Lychee Punch with Grape Popping Bubbles, and a Orea Slush with Tapioca. It is extremely yummy, tasty....and just simply DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful when kids were making a decision. If you are in the area, stop and get a bubble tea. Great place!

Greeted right when I stepped inside the tea shop. Lots of variety so I stood on the side to have a look at the full menu. I had my eyes on the specialties tea to truly determine the quality. Tried the Kung Fu green tea and it was super delicious. I read this in the menu and I was extremely happy with the end result. At Kung Fu Tea, every beverage is made-to-order with real Kung Fu. Our tea is freshly brewed every 3 hours using premium tea leaves. I definitely recommend this tea shop.

Amazing new bbt spot in Durham! The milk tea has a hint of lavender for those floral lovers and they have so many toppings and drinks to choose from! I also had the rosehip lemonade and it was very refreshing. Will be back and will definitely recommend KF Tea to my friends and family.

I’ve had a lot of bubble tea but this place is different! This is some of the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Caribbean Breeze if you can get it while it’s available for summer! Their boba is always fresh in my experience, the place is clean and quiet even though they’re incredibly busy. Easily my favourite boba place and I’m sad there’s only two in he province.

First time here, great matcha red bean slush, surprising bc not a lot of places get it right. Taro slush kind of very sweet at 30% but still delicious. Tapioca very sweet but great texture/chewiness. Used a promo on the app for free topping, thank you! Good experience over all, we will be back👍🏽🙃

A great bubble tea spot that makes it proper! Recently moved to Pickering from Scarborough, where there is a huge selection of bubble tea. Was pleasantly surprised by KF Tea! Lots of selection in toppings and teas!

Our visit to KF Tea was a delightful experience. The service was excellent, and they offer a great variety of bubble tea options. We tried Oreo slush, Rosehip Lemonade, Blueberry Lemon Slush, and Thai Milk Tea, and they were all fantastic. It’s not every day you find such a place in North Pickering for bubble tea! This is a great spot with a wide variety of flavours. The service was fast, the product was flavourful and the price is the average compared to competitors on the market. Highly recommend it.

Great selection of drinks and the owner as well as the staff are all wonderful. I being the creature of habit always get Mango Snow Slush which is heavenly but all other drinks are great as well. The place is also incredibly clean which I appreciate very much. I have however seen a jump in prices lately of about 20% which I think is quite a steep increase so not entirely pleased about that.

I got the milk tea and i was so surprised with how good it turned out! The tapioca pearls are the best out of coco and chatime for sure!! And their menu is so extensive. Definitely coming back for sure.

One of the better bbt places Ive been to based on first impression in taste and service. I ordered a matcha red bean slush with tapioca with 0% sugar. The toppings (red beans and tapioca) filled 1/3 of my cup, and the matcha was flavourful and refreshing with its subtle sweetness. There is a great selection of flavours and 13 toppings to choose from. To help you select your bbt of choice, their menu also indicates variety of drinks without caffeine and drinks that are gluten free. Fast and friendly service. I would say they are reasonably priced. Will come back and try other flavours.

Amazing customer service! Location is very convenient as well. My very first visit was a week after opening and the girl who took my order was very friendly and sweet! I visited again and received the wrong toppings in my drink (note: I absolutely hate complaining as I work in food & customer service myself and feel bad as they have to remake the drink); however, an employee apologized then remade my drink right away! My family and I are now obsessed and continue to purchase KF Tea almost every week!

I love going to KF Tea, always get a smile when you walk in and a quick order! When my nieces and nephews visit we always have to go to our favourite bubble tea place or the visit seems incomplete somehow!!

KF Tea is very good and is on par with other famous bubble tea places. KF Tea has a huge selection including its own unique drinks. Definitely a go to for social gatherings, caffeine, and thirst quencher!

Been coming here pretty regularly just about since they opened. Super friendly staff, and I've watched as the owner talked new customers through the whole process and helped them make a decision as there's a ton of options and customizations. They also offer a rewards program to collect points for free toppings / drinks / money off large orders etc. Overall one of the best Bubble Tea establishments I've been to and the quality has always been extremely consistent.

Friendly staff, Best customer service experience! Finally a real tea shop that I can taste the freshness in every order! They have longer opening hours compare with other stores including the weekends, that an extra bonus!

I intially loved going here since there's no other bubble tea store in North Pickering. I was a loyal and frequent customer until the prices went up and consistency decreased. As another reviewer noted, there certainly has been a steep increase in the pricing. A drink I frequently ordered used to cost $4.69, which was then increased to $5.97 and is now $6.85. These increases were all within a span of 8 months, not to mention the cup sizes are smaller now too. On top of that, they've removed the coupons that used to sit by the cashier so now you don't have any chance of getting some $$ off. You're basically now paying more for less with 0 chance to save. Another thing also is that the service is inconsistent most of the times. When asked for no ice, they sometimes still add ice. When you ask for the tapioca (and pay extra for it), they don't add the tapioca. This can't be blamed on new hires because the owner himself has made these mistakes. If you actually get what you ordered, the drinks taste delicious.

The tea and the coffee are the best. All employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Any time I am in the store I feel like very valued customer. Highly recommend. I tried many bubble tea places before but KF tea Pickering is really different than any other.

One of the yummiest bubble teas I ever did have in N. America. Went with my family and we all got different teas to try. Overall great bubble tea, they have a lot of different varieties and specials with their drinks so it can be overwhelming at times, the staff was helpful when we had questions. The teashop decor is very clean and spacious. The best thing is it's reasonably priced and pretty refreshing without being overbearing in sweetness!

I 100% prefer KF Tea over the big name bubble tea places like coco’s or chatime. The flavours and service is a lot better. Highly recommend this place!!

This is my second time visiting, and I have to say it’s really great, the tea and tapioca are both very fresh. My boyfriend had the sunshine pineapple tea and I had the pina colada slush. Service is also nice, they are very friendly. I also love the design on the cups ( ◠‿◠ )

This is my favorite bubble tea place. Never really liked bubble tea till I tried the mango snow drink which is amazingly yummy. Service is always amazing and the tapioca pearls seem good quality and fresh. I adore thin place best in Durham for sure and a hidden gem in the Pickering area

I was very disappointed with my experience at KF Tea with the reviews this place has. I ordered an almond milk tea. It was horrible, so artificial (tasting like almond extract...yuck), way too sweet, their "bubbles" where under cooked (which I had to pay extra for, most places do not charge for this), the ice took up half the plastic cup, and for the size I had and the price I paid it was not worth the experience. Sorry to say don't come here.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at KF tea! The location has very kind workers and absolutely amazing customer service! They also have wonderful drinks which are very tasty and refreshing! I myself went a few days ago and ordered the Coconut milk tea it had an amazing price and turned out delicious. I will most certainly recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing is what I can say… the drink types to the taste to the price is all amazing.. They types of drinks impressive.. yummy.. Mango slush, s’more slush, white grape punch, and signature milk tea..
