*** CLOSED *** Went to Chucks on July 13th, and unfortunately was seated by the greeter at a booth that had disgusting fingerprints all over the window, and food and coasters on the floor. I didn't notice it till 1/2 way through dinner because we were so busy getting the kids all set up, and then looking and ordering drinks, and then dinner. Look at my pics by my son's right ear on the window, and the floor by the coaster. Zoom in for details. The good thing was that the food came out hot and good, although the beer was luke warm. :-( The waitress was awesome, her name was Layla. Awesome service from her, very cheerful, and very attentive. She came to our table about 4-5 times throughout dinner. I highly recommend Layla, because usually the typical waitress only comes at the beginning and at the end of the meal.

I went to Chuck's since the reopening. I have to say, even though my chicken wasn't as warm as it should have been, the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Lauren, was attentive without being overbearing, she didn't rush us and she was helpful in all they ways that mattered. The carrot cake was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant is awesome. Rose is the best. She literally suggested us the best food and tbh, it was delicious. I recommend her. You need to try the loaded cheese fries with garlic sauce that she recommended, absolutele banger. She used to work at st Louis before and I gotta admit that place had such a good atmosphere only because of her. She's charming. We'll definitely come back here again. I'm glad we came here, it was a coincidence to see her here and we were served well. Definitely try this place out and ask for her. She'll recommend you the best and treat you well. The food is average tbh. Great for beer and sports watching tho. The service was SLOW so... SLOW. Asked for a salad instead of fries or corn (can't eat any of those) and they charged for it. So if you're looking for a healthier option side for your meat, this is not the place.

We went here for dinner tonight and it was not busy but we waited for about 30 mins for our dinner to finally come out and when it did it was COLD, I definitely understand that places are way under staffed but I still expect my food to come out hot. My daughter's pasta was freezing like it was sitting out for a while. We didn't complain cause we were just to hungry but we won't be back.

Our kids took us out to supper. I had a great time. I had the montreal smoked meat, my family had the surf and turf which I sampled. All was cooked great. Prices were quite reasonable considering what we had and service was friendly and quick. So, I'll return. Nothing to complain about here.

Over the last two years, Chuck’s Roadhouse has become a favourite restaurant of mine and a friend. I’ve gone numerous times, with different friends and my grandpa. I especially like the Peterborough one. My friend and I decided to go for supper tonight, and I was both happy and disappointed with our decision. The waitress was great, for starters. The food also tasted really good. The ambience was good, but it was too loud and hard to hear. The issue I have is with the portion sizes. I’ve noticed them steadily decreasing, to the point where it was as if I got a kids meal tonight. I eat a lot, yes, but the amount of fries I got was pathetic and my half chicken was tiny. Now, I normally eat way too much at Chuck’s. I tend to order the half chicken and a Chuck’s burger, each with fries. However, I’ve never seen portions this shockingly tiny. It took two meals for me to even feel kind of full, and neither one was nearly big enough for the price. The prices have gone up, but the portions have shrunk dramatically. This makes me question whether I will return.

Buffalo chicken was BBQ sauce, disappointing. Tasty, just not what I expected when it said buffalo. Steak had to be sent back, stone cold. Servers were lovely. There was a group of maybe 30 people there and despite this we didn't have to wait too long. Feels kind of like a warehouse

Ordered steak from here and amazing is an understatement. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly!! Thank you to everyone at chucks roadhouse for making our anniversary a special one. We will definitely be back in person next time :)

OH MY GOODNESS! I must say, good customer service can be hard to find these days but not here. Mona was probably the kindest, most knowledgeable, funny and sweet server we could have asked for. Mona went above and beyond to ensure our party had a wonderfully memorable experience. 10/10. Thanks to Mona, this will be our regular girls night location! Servers all over the world and Mars should strive to be as great as Mona! GO MONA!!!!!

On May 24th we went here for dinner, but ended up walking out after absolutely awful service. We waited 20+ minutes to not receive drinks that we ordered. Restaurant was 1/2 full at best, 2 waitresses were clearing a table each, and 2 more were in the back corner socializing instead of pushing orders out. The only one pulling her own weight was the bartender. It made no sense for 2 waitresses to be clearing 1 table each when there was no lineup to get in, and when there are orders to be pushed out to customers. The first table we were offered by the house host wasn’t even bussed, it wasn’t clean and there were still dishes from the previous customers. The table that we were seated at wasn’t much better, the seats themselves were sticky. We both have bar tending and food service experience, she has significant experience. There is no need to offer gift certificates, we won’t be back. Just so there is no confusion or bewilderment, this level of service is why people either walk out, or if they are out of options will not tip. Please, just do better.

had a craving of some fried foods so drove to the nearest place and found out that they have an offer of half price appetizers after 9pm. So, i waited to order while my wife and my 6month old baby was waiting at the car. When i started to order appetizers, the waiter asked me directly "ARE YOU ORDERING THE APPETIZERS JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE HALF PRICE" I was not ready for this kind of question. I had burgers in mind too as i told her that too. Then she told me that you have to pay full price if you dont dine in. I could not do that as my 6month baby was sleeping in the car. I told her that too. But she was adamant at asking for full price and making me feel that I just went there for half price. first of all, if you have such offers just for dine in, mention it. No problem. and i think that kind of questioning should be avoided because it was humiliating.

I decided to review after my third visit and each time we were left standing at the front waiting to be seated for no less than ten minutes one time my husband took it upon himself to seat us then it took him getting up and getting someone to come serve us and mind you it wasn't like they were busy the server's and some young boy were just standing at the bar talking then they give us a tiny table in the corner that wobbles to the point you don't want to touch it in fear of spilling your drink. Next visit we ask for a booth and are told " oh I'd have to clean one for you" um maybe do that then since there were four empty ones why are none of them clean ? Ordered a beverage and it was served to me warm, on a hot night I'm looking for a cold refreshing drink not room temperature the food is hit or miss depending on what you order. Customer service definitely needs some work.

Food was good and the service was great. Large portions and you can't beat the half price aps after 9. Reasonable drink specials too. Plus it is open till 1am so it is good for late night eats.

Nice restaurant, the service was a bit slow as I noticed many people with no food waiting. Two of our steak bites were severely over cooked and was replaced with properly cooked steak bites. The half price appetizer after 9pm is a total hit and will be back

I come here every week sometimes twice by far today is the absolute worst service I have ever had in my life . It's not even busy took 1hour 20 mins to get our dishes taken of the table . The woman working was more worried about eating her own food than seeing customers and ate in front of everyone. And still eating WOW THIS IS SO TERRIBLE. The guy working is trying but he doesn't have a clue . Guess depends on what day you come .

Visited on Friday night. Gladly this location wasn’t crowded. Side snacks prices were half, an economical restaurant with nice ambiance and delicious items on menu. Staff was quick and friendly.

Dined in about 2 months ago… wasn’t that great, so we didn’t go back. After receiving coupons in the mail we decided to give it another try. Well we were very happy we did. Excellent service from a young man named Jake and the Food was delicious!

I was skeptical about going after reading reviews online. I am a don’t believe everything you read on social media do me and friends went last night. They had football game on, hockey games on and half price apps and $4 shots. We were sold. We had a great waiter, Jake. He was tentative, funny, gave suggestions and made are night enjoyable. I gave four stairs because couple things lacking. The music. Chucks head office needs to allow better music to keep customers staying after the games. Also after leafs game and eagles - giants game was done, the owner/managers should of notice to change to other hockey game instead of allowing 5-6 tvs have political propaganda on. I know it is just the beginning with new owners and I will definitely go back. Thanks Jack for being a great waiter!

Great hangout for the Leafs game. First time there and customer service was top notch. We had Chuck's nacho, chicken wings and chicken strips with fries. Everything was delicious and well cooked. Even better prices. I definitely recommend them and will go again.

Not sure what people are talking about with this place. The service was great, more attentive than any other restaurant in the area. The drinks are cheaper than anywhere else. The food was good.. ribs and wing combo. I'd go back. I'd give atmosphere more if they could have figured out how to get the leaf game in the main screen..lol

Two of us had a Quesadilla that had a taste of mould that we sent back. They replaced it with a different meal with no problem. There was 10 of us and all the other meals were very good. Service from the waitress was excellent and she apologized.

Went with my daughter I have been here a few times at this location. I have not had a bad experience. They do have cheaper beer in the area than a lot of other places. Got the chucks cheese burger was a little smaller portion size than others from what I remember in the past couple years of being out. The fries were a little smaller portion also. Also at this location it is very dark inside hard to see around. Maybe they could rethink their lighting they have, maybe it might be the mood they are wanting to set.

Great atmosphere, staff were excellent and I recommend the filet mignon.

Steak, lobster tails, chicken and ribs, burgers .. whatever you favor! All delicious.. Apps half price after 930pm Restaurant is clean .. lots of space if you want to eat in.. They offer take out/delivery also .. for those days you don't feel like cooking and want to stay in. Quick friendly service too!

I don't wanna go into too much detail. The waitress was lovely but the food gave me food poisoning... that kinda ruined the experience as a whole for me. I wouldn't recommend it or go back unless you have a strong stomach (which I don't).

I have been coming here for a while now and absolutely love this place. Recently (last week) I was back and ordered the porterhouse and it was made to absolute perfection. I had the opportunity to thank the lady that was working the grill in person. She was completely humbled by my review of dinner that night. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Thank you.

First timer. Kids loved there cheeseburger. Couldn't even finish them. My husband and I had surf and turf the steak was perfect. The lobsters on the other hand way way over cooked. Really enjoyed even though the lobster was tuff. Hi by and I are making it our monthly dinner.

Rib eye very flavorful. A little tough. Staff very customer focused. Price I thaught was 16 but it was 19. Good experience overall

Service was excellent until we got served and then vanished, food was generally just good, ambience nice. Greek salad was just amazing. Montreal beef okay, needed more spice or taste. Fries needed crispy. Poutine has no cheese curds but rather regular cheese graded.

The service and food was absolutely great. We were seated very quickly (we did show up around 4pm so we beat the dinner rush). Our server was very friendly, and the steaks were DELICIOUS. Both of us had the New York Bone-in steaks, and they were cooked exactly how we liked them. We will be returning to this restaurant again. Great prices, great food, great service. You honestly can't go wrong with this location.

Went to Chucks and they accommodated our large group on a busy night with minimal wait. Our server, Dominique, was amazing. Attentive, quick, nice and helpful. She even helped us readjust our table to make it more practical for our group. Would highly recommend this location and I've never had such a great server at any Chucks!

Took my kids here for dinner and they both spent half the night throwing up their burgers. I had the nachos and was the only one that didn't get food poisoning. From their thrown up burgers it looked uncooked. Last time going to chucks. Cheap for a reason folks!

The food was at best ok! The appetizers were good but the mains could've been better. When you completely forget an order for a guest and all the other guests are waiting for that order to be delivered just a simple sorry unfortunately doesn't work. Also one of the other sides were mixed up! So basically 2/4 orders were incorrect and I would've totally understood if the restaurant was packed but it wasn't. Idk why waiters can't just take a note when the orders are being taken. Anyone can have a long day so just be safe and write it down.

I had the best experience here the other day. I was having a rough day after my cat died so went to chucks to drown my sorrows. I had the best bartender, I forgot his name but he was the handsome fellow. We talked about cats and he made me feel more in zen about my life. Very gud

I went on my birthday and it only had one server and, I would say it was pretty busy for a Monday night. I mean it took sometime but it was a job well done thank you server Amanda. You were great keep up the good work. Very hardworking and great customer service!

Came here for dinner since we have some coupons. I got the beef dip sandwich and it was really good, I liked the horseradish sauce on it. My husband got the Chuck's Burger and liked his as well. Both meals came with a good amount of fries. We each got a beer for 4 dollars which is a great deal! Our server was very friendly, and helpful. I'm sorry I cannot remember her name, she had a blonde bun and clear pink glasses. Overall, a good experience, will most likely return here!

My husband and I come frequently to the establisment we are usually happy with the service and food, BUT today was one of the worst experience of customer service/LACK OF ...dirty dishes sat on our table for over an hour ...we had to wait for drinks, empty glasses..sat there waiting to be served we were not even asked if we would like another beverage no follow up on how we were doing/ quality check... my husband and I sat and watched the server eating her food while we sat there empty glasses..we were ignored every time the server walked passed our table we were not acknowledged. Very RUDE...NO TEAM WORK with working the restaurant ...I've been In the industry for over 20 yrs and this was not a good experience it wasn't even that busy! We had food and beverages so the bill was a bit. NOT IMPRESSED!! Had to ask for the bill 3x Not cool!!!!

Recently dined at Chuck's Road House with my boyfriend, and we were blown away by the fantastic experience! Karla, our server, provided impeccable service, going above and beyond to make our evening memorable. The lively atmosphere, delicious food, and Karla's outstanding service have earned Chuck's a permanent spot on our go-to list. Highly recommend!
