I
was
compelled
to
write
this
review.
My
most
recent
experience
here
was
simply
terrible.
I
can’t
help
but
wonder
if
she
would
have
treated
her
Caucasian
clients
the
same
way.
It’s
obvious
she
lacks
self
diversity
within
her
staff.
Denise
took
it
upon
herself
to
project
her
problems
on
me
by
being
dismissive
and
rude
over
my
small
complaint.
She
lashed
out
at
me
publicly
in
the
presence
of
all
the
parents
and
children.
I
am
at
lost
by
what
I
have
experience
because
I
have
been
a
loyal
client
for
3
years.
I
have
referred
friends
and
family
who
have
turned
into
long-term
paying
customers.
I
have
invested
a
lot
of
time
and
money
here
to
ensure
my
daughter
was
comfortable
in
this
setting.
My
hope
was
to
propel
her
further
in
competitions
and
I
had
mentioned
that
I
intended
on
seeking
private
training
sessions
to
further
that
goal.
My
daughter
is
already
enrolled
in
a
few
private
sessions
for
other
sports
but
I
saw
great
potential
for
her
in
gymnastics
and
was
really
looking
forward
to
working
with
Denise
to
help
her
reach
her
full
potential.
On
Sunday,
upon
returning
to
this
establishment,
I
was
surprised
and
disappointed
to
see
the
changes
in
coaches
but
hopeful
that
the
familiarity
of
the
location
would
provide
my
daughter
with
a
sense
of
comfort
and
security.
My
daughter
is
accustom
to
doing
back
and
front
rolls
and
head
stands
amongst
others;
due
to
the
training
ability
of
her
former
coach,
who
has
left.
However,
33
minutes
into
the
lesson,
the
coach
asked
the
small
group
of
kids
to
quickly
do
star
jumps
then
roll
around
and
then
play
at
the
jungle
gym.
I
was
disappointment
with
the
lack
of
effort
they
were
putting.
I
asked
one
of
Denise’s
staff
and
she
was
so
pleasant
and
professional
in
her
response
by
suggesting
to
advise
the
coach
to
provide
my
daughter
with
more
challenges
tasks.
Unfortunately,
the
coach
she
spoke
to
seem
uninterested.
Therefore,
I
thought
it
was
best
to
approach
Denise.
I
have
never
complained
before
and
try
to
always
remain
respectful
especially
with
people
working
closely
with
my
daughter.
I
walked
up
and
in
a
soft
tone
spoke
to
Denise
stating
that
I
was
disappointed
with
the
lesson.
She
immediately
snapped
at
me
with
a
tantrum
stating
that
she’s
working
now,
so
I
can
wait,
move
her
to
recreational
or
do
whatever
I
want.
In
shock,
I
responded
with
“Denise
we
are
going
to
lose
the
attitude.
I
have
been
a
client
of
yours
for
3
years.
There
is
no
need
for
the
attitude”.
I
walked
out
of
the
gym
and
sat
down
in
shock.
Denise
walked
out
and
demanded
to
speak
with
me
in
the
party
room.
She
said
she
did
not
intend
on
being
rude
and
that
she’s
“sorry
I
feel
that
she
was”.
I
asked
her
to
acknowledge
that
how
she
spoke
to
me
was
rude
and
unprofessional.
She
responded
that
she
would
NOT
admit
to
that.
I
then
asked
for
a
refund,
and
she
agreed
and
walked
out.
My
business
and
the
happiness
of
my
daughter
meant
nothing
to
her
even
after
my
continued
support
during
Covid-19.

-
A
successful
business
holds
great
regard
in
providing
great
customer
service,
even
during
difficult
times.
