I ordered from them about a month ago and there was an issue with the item being in stock. They promptly communicated to me that was the case and asked if I would like a refund which I did and which was instant. Very good first impression. Just the other day I ordered a rival headgear, and it has already arrived, probably 2 days faster than had if I had of ordered from the actual Rival shop in Montreal. Highly recommended. Almost wish I needed more gear to have an excuse to give them more business. I'm sure I'll find in one the future.

Placed an order and received a phone call not five minutes later saying that there was an issue with some gloves showing up online but not actually being in stock. They offered a full refund or they would try to find an alternative pair that would work in its place. After some emailing back and forth they found some gloves that I was happy with, and threw in some free handwraps to compensate for the hassle. So, some confusion with the website, but 10/10 customer service more than made up for it. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I just want to give a huge long overdue thanks and shout out to warrior fight store for having excellent customer service and compassion. A few months back i ordered a pair of fairtex gloves from a Hong Kong and when arrived the Canadian customs failed me by slashing both gloves upon inspection leaving them utterly useless to me. Same day I went to Warriors to replace them as they were the only store to have them in stock. They showed me understanding and compassion for what could’ve been a horrible day and for that I’m grateful

I was at Warrior Fight Store on this summer, and I was stuck between buying either the Rival RS80V Impulse Sparring Gloves or the Rival RS11V Evolution Sparring Gloves Velcro. After a while, I decided to settle for the RS80V.  However, upon arriving at home 4 hours later, I put them on, and felt they were very similar to gloves I already own.  I was already doubting my purchase immediately. Thankfully, no time machine was necessary, as I was able to contact Dave from Warrior Fight Store and asked if it was possible to exchange the gloves. Within a few days, Dave was able to accommodate my request, and I was able to received the gloves a day later!! Not only that, but the store probably has the biggest selection of fight gear I have ever seen. From a huge selection of gloves, to high quality heavy bags, and possibly every fight shoe made, this store has everything, as well as staff who are knowledgeable as they are friendly. Thank you Warrior Fight Store for being accommodating all this time. This was the purchase I should have made when I went to your store back then, but I'm glad an understanding could have been made and we corrected this choice. Thanks, and hopefully I will be making more purchases in the near future.

For many years I have considered this store the best place to buy all my martial arts equipment, also every time that I recommend this to my fellows they love the place and the owners, they have really good knowledge and passion for it. Me and my kids have practiced several fighting sports Taekwondo, judo, jujitsu, wrestling, karate, we found everything that we need on this place, and if we are undecided which one they know all technical details, so you can decide wisely, they do not push for the sale but the customers satisfaction. I have even bought stuff that is not directly for martial arts but a martial arts brand name, such as the Hayabusa spring/autumn jacket, made with the same material of the judo-gi/jujitsu gis.

Ok guys. Listen. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. But who ever rans this place is a saint and a couple of raises. Big ones. I don’t know him but holy hell is the customer service! I live in Kansas City Missouri ( middle of the states ) I wanna drive up there in shake this man hand. Reply to my annoying emails about stock on NEW YEARS EVE AND NEW YEARS DAY! And multiple emails at that! Like this man sold me on he’s whole Country by how nice he was over email. NOT TO MENTION!!!! THE STOCK THIS GUYS HAVE?!?! Boxing shoes sold out EVERYWHERE! This store… got the shoes… and this store got YOUR SIZE TOO! Very very rare to have this experience. I just want people to know, if you need ANYTHING BOXING you would be doing a huge disservice to yourself if you don’t hit these guys up.

I recently placed an online order with Warrior, where a miscommunication occurred. I contacted the store, fairly confused and worried that I had made some big mistake. Their team was really helpful and sorted out my issue quite quickly. They even hustled to get my order out the door in time for the courier to pick up that day. First time ever going into a store like this and I had a great shopping experience. I started at a Muay Thai gym recently and wanted to get my own gear at this point. I went to the store Monday morning when they opened and was greeted and assisted by an awesome staff member. He took the time to explain to me about the gear and answered all my questions. His suggestion were solid and I left the store happy with my purchases. I will return again next time I need more gear, thanks!

I placed my order on Saturday and here it is on Tuesday filled hung and used once already. Ontario to Alberta. Super fast shipping although I did pay a whole $12 for expedited. They even threw in a free item. If you want a bowling pin bag, this one is sweet and way bigger than expected.

Staff were friendly, they have a large section. Got everything I needed at a good price. I would recommend checking it out before ordering online as I saved 50 dollars on shipping

Brilliant store. To be honest, the first time I drove by, I didn't go in because it looked like a hole in the wall. But on recommendation of my Muay Thai instructors (shout out Aaron and Mel). I gave it a chance and the store rocks. It's a wonder land of MMA and fight gear, could easily have dropped my entire pay cheque. Colorful, bold clothes, well made gear that's holding up great. Great place if you want to both fight and look good doing it.

I ordered two times from their website for Muay Thai gear and had two good experiences. They had exactly what I was looking for, and even more (that I discovered while clicking around the website), they ship very quickly and I got great support from them. Also, their communication is professional and fast. This is now my go-to boutique for fighting gear!!

This store is by far the best combat sport store I’ve ever seen or been too. Ryan helped me and a friend pick up some gloves and other gear. Ryan was very knowledgeable and a great help. Fantastic selection of products. My son has been doing Muay Thai for a few years now and was due for new gloves. He had his eye on a particular model and colour of Fairtex gloves that he wanted for Christmas. Warrior Fight Store was the only place that I could find them. Ordered them online on Tuesday and had them at my door on Thursday. Great to deal with and will definitely order again in the future.

Called this place the day before civic holiday, and asked “will you be open tomorrow?” Guy answered and said he will be open until 5pm, I drove all the way from Newmarket to come here got there at 3:45 on Monday civic holiday and they are closed. What a waste of time and gas, especially with these high gas prices. Thanks a lot warrior fight store.

I just bought some small items and the staff made it really nice to be in that store. My two little guys love the gloves that was suggested. I really do appreciate that the products that were offered were not the high end items since my little guys are just starting. I better get a head gear already since my youngest enjoy aiming for my head. Small businesses deserve all the support they can receive and I for one will be back to purchase more equipment in the future.

Great shopping experience with this place! Ordered a pair of 16oz Fairtex gloves last Thursday. I did have to follow up with them on Sunday morning because I never received any shipping updates. However, I received a prompt reply from Dave, who told me he had to follow up with their warehouse. When I checked in again on Monday, Dave contacted me by phone to let me know that the gloves I ordered (the black coloured option) were no longer in stock, and gave me the choice of a refund (since it was uncertain when the next shipment would come) or other colour options I could choose as a replacement. I ended up going with a red pair, which was immediately shipped and received a day later. I didn't get exactly what I ordered (stuff happens), but the customer service I was shown throughout the ordering process amazing. Would definitely recommend this place!

Awesome customer service! I ordered a pair of fairtex gloves but I didn't know I selected in store shopping instead of delivery. So a young man named Dave called me up right away and asked if I meant to do that (I live about 2 hours away and I don't drive so no I didn't lol). He explained to me over the phone how he would fix it for me and have it delivered too my door by Thursday morning, and if there were any concerns to contact him. It arrived exactly on Thursday morning and they also gave me a pair of han wraps for free! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! I will definitely be shopping here again! I agree with others that the owner of this local business lacks customer service skills and is very negative, which makes it hard to support. The employees are great, especially Ryan, he's very helpful and knowledgeable was such a better buying experience when the owner isn't around. I have stopped trying to support the business after experiencing bad business practices with the owner. It's better to buy directly from manufacturers or on Amazon for way better prices. Overall, due to the owner's behavior/energy towards customers and high prices this store is not worth the drive.

Woah man what a great store. I’d give 6 outta 5 jeff got a new life long customer man , I absolutely love it he helped me out so much by doing so much more than expected he brought out 2 different sizes in 3 different shoes for me and sooo much more just awesome. I just placed my first order with Warrior Fight store, their customer service is beyond what I expected. They phoned me to let me know something wasn’t in stock and gave options of what was available, very friendly and helpful! Shipped it out so quickly, arrived and everything was perfect.I would highly recommend them and will be placing more orders.

My family and I have stopped into the store twice. The store is well stocked, with an almost overwhelming selection. They have numerous options at different price points. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They will give you their honest opinion on what to buy, even if it’s the cheaper option. You can try on the items and actually hold them in your hand, before you purchase it. If you value that, then this is the place for you. Their prices are more than fair. Their customer service is excellent. We bought a gym timer, unopened in the box, brought it home and plugged it in and it wasn’t working. I called the store and spoke with Chris, he was very apologetic. He tested and shipped out a new timer, before we shipped the faulty timer back.

I shopped around online for a Muay Thai bag for my daughter for quite a while and I had heard good things about the Warrior Fight Store. I decided on the red Fairtax banana bag. I spoke with Dave from the store who replied fast via e-mail, provided me with a small military discount, and answered all of my questions immediately. I ordered in November expecting delivery to be a couple of weeks but when I confirmed the order on Monday, Wednesday morning the bag showed up and to keep it a surprise for my daughter I had to have a neighbor store it for me. The bag was delivered so quickly it threw a wrench in my surprise plans lol. My daughter's reaction on Christmas day when she saw the bag hanging in the garage was amazing.
