Hy-Hope Farm and Golf Course is a hidden gem! The course offers incredible value for money with a beautiful layout that’s both scenic and enjoyable to play. The greens were in great shape and made for a smooth round. After golf, the experience doesn’t end—there’s a charming little market on-site with a fantastic selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and vegetables. There’s also a cozy spot to grab some food, making it the perfect place to unwind post-game. Highly recommend for both golf and a great local vibe!
This is the most delightful little community farm I've ever been to! Friendly authentic staff, home-baked goods, preserves, sauces, dairy products, fresh honey, crisp vegetables. recently picked herbs, an overall sweet and savory farm filled with positive energy and healthy eating! Any foodies dream!! I highly recommend stopping by and maybe even play a game of golf or listen to some live music!
Amazing place for fresh veggies, fruits, fruit juices (loved their strawberry rhubarb), freshly baked items. Rum cake is my favourite. It is attached to a golf course and their farm is huge. Worth trying the apple butter.
The smell of smoke, a variety of pickles, organic garlic, and unpasteurized honey created an inviting atmosphere. The display of good-looking apples added a fresh touch, and although the apple pie left me somewhat unsatisfied. My next visit is already planned to explore their bread and cakes, as I'm sure they will be equally delightful. The only observation I'd like to share is about Sunday mornings. It seemed like the store or the staff might not be too keen on being open during that time. Considering this, either not opening on Sundays or perhaps leaving the responsibility to younger staff could be a win-win.Noticed that the older staff members seemed a bit impatient and not friendly.
Hy-Hope Farm is a very cozy and welcoming place that gives you a real feel of nature. If I'm not mistaken, it's a family-run business, which adds a warm and personal touch to the experience. The café is lovely, offering delicious cookies, fresh bread, and great coffee. They also have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. It’s the kind of spot where you can slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and support a local farm. Highly recommended!
Another one of my family’s annual summer bucket list stops - Hy-Hope Farm! There’s something about this place that hits differently every time. We come back year after year. The kids know exactly what they’re doing the moment we park. They head straight for the open space near the orchards to run wild; my husband and I follow the smell of warm pie drifting from the market. What I love most is how beautifully unpolished everything is. There’s an effortless charm to it all. The market is small but filled with the kind of produce that practically glows. Crates of peaches, heirloom tomatoes, homemade jams lined up beside buttery baked goods. The pie scent alone is enough to make you slow down and just stand there for a moment, breathing it in. Design-wise, it’s simple but thoughtful. Rustic wood tables, faded painted signage, flowers in jars that look like they were just picked from the fields. The concession stand is always a hit. We’ll grab something fresh and hot, find a spot at one of the picnic tables, and settle in while the band plays. I always feel this deep sense of ease here. I’ve been meaning to come back in the fall for apple picking. I can only imagine how stunning the farm must be with the leaves turning!
Being Father's day, it was a bit busy but their hardworking staff was serving people fast and friendly. Tried their rhubarb custard tarts, delicious! Got the man a peach pie, he loves peaches.
I had heard so many praises about Hy-Hope Farm in Ashburn from my coworkers, and I finally had the chance to visit on Thanksgiving morning. The place was bustling with activity, though finding parking was a bit challenging due to the crowd. Once inside, I was impressed by the variety of produce they had for sale, including melons, Brussels sprouts, and other vegetables at reasonable prices. The bakery was a delightful surprise, offering delicious pies, baked goods, and coffee. Don't miss the assortment of jams and spreads they have too! The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable. Hy-Hope Farm exudes a quaint charm and is clearly a popular destination in the area. I'll definitely be recommending it to others and look forward to returning soon!
