This was my first time at this Tims location. The restaurant looked good, see pictures. Since my app didn't work, I left without buying anything.

Went to Tim's drive through Service was quick and staff very friendly and professional

This Tim Hortons has the most friendly staff. They always get my order ✅️ right. And they are super fast which is appreciated since I'm not a morning person.

Terrible parking lot layout and exit locations

Nice site with a decent amount of businesses on site.

Great stores to shop at. Not to busy.

Royal Oak is pretty good service and food. Metro is well stocked.

One of the best Timmies in the GTA. Great food and amazing staff. Place is kept immaculately clean. Great spot to read and take in your favorite cup of coffee.

Got muffins for the nurses at the hospital who look after a family member. Very good!

Metro has great selection of groceries and good quality of meat and produce. Eggsmart serves up fantastic breakfasts and lunches at reasonable prices.

Terrible...Weekend Staff...have no clue what they are doing...

I ordered grilled cheese with bacon sandwich and they had no bacon. I also ordered pumpkin spice iced cap but the cashier never put in my order. Listening skills is needed to improve.

I realize I drink too much Tim Hortons and you probably do too when you're in need for a Tim Hortons cup of coffee just try to avoid Circle K with Tim Hortons not the best selection and the food sucks. This one has the selection of a real Tim Hortons

One stop shopping here at Whitby Shores. Full grocery store, several food establishments, drug and gifts store, pet store, banks, liquor store - everything is here and always lots of parking.

Metro is the major draw other than that it has okay shops. Parking lot is good.

Food and beverages are excellent however I always order extra large coffee and the cup is weaker the larger you get so when requested to have a double cup it should not be an argument followed by a lecture holding up the drive thru... I will not return to this location

Usually fairly quiet when I go there (weekend afternoon). They have a decent selection of quality items that I don't find in my local outlet. Is that a reflection on the clientele? Have to say the staff don't seem very interested in the customers - my local one definitely has them beat on that aspect.

Very slow. Not set up for grab and go. Unit this changes I just cannot afford to go back, this location will make you late.

Chai tea and breaky sandwich. Pretty good.

Only use the Metro here. Usually not crowded.

I don't go here anymore. The quality and service has been declining over the last year. Order is often wrong. Food is sloppy. There another one across the street in the gas station...I'd rather go there.
