I
actually
was
in
the
store
to
do
a
return
from
an
online
purchase.
I
went
in
near
store
opening
on
a
Saturday
morning
and
the
store
was
not
busy
at
all
which
was
nice.
I
went
to
the
nearest
service
desk
with
all
my
proper
return
documents
and
was
given
quite
the
run
around
including
false
information,
I
then
had
to
go
to
a
separate
departments
service
desk
(equally
as
equipped
as
the
first).
Took
me
a
bit
of
wandering
but
found
a
counter
near
the
kids
department
and
voila
they
processed
the
return
no
problem.
As
part
of
the
return
I
had
a
10%
additional
price
reduction
on
my
next
purchase,
I
browsed
a
few
departments
but
found
them
to
be
poorly
stocked
and
didn't
have
the
items
I
was
looking
for.
Seems
to
me
they
may
be
closing
eventually
and
stick
to
online
only
model.
The
shelves
felt
more
like
a
boutique
display
/
demo
than
actual
product
sales.
