    The Bay has great quality, sometimes they are pricey though .Wait for their sales,which are generally good. The store is clean and bright, service is good. Best place for higher end products and apparel and cosmetics. Bay days are the best. but It does seem that they have cut their sales staff. Hard to find sales clerk, they are all at cash. The store is well stocked, the sales persons are extremely helpful. The store is always busy.

    In general a good location but not very organized. Some cash registers have lines while others are just not in service. Friendly staff but the service is slow.

    Awesome place fir shopping clean and lots of great deals going on fir mothers day so people get out and check it out Don,t miss out on them .

    Recently visited the store, as always very well organized and displayed professionally. Unfortunately not much shoppers are around. Due to on line shopping and delivery same day or next day I wonder how these shopping centers are going to survive.

    Well located on the mall. The staff is mostly friendly. We came to grab some recommendations on perfumes and colognes and felt a bit of tension with sales representatives in that department. They seem to be a bit pushy and if you don't buy something they seem upset. Overall experience ok. We got some ideas on what we are going to purchase in the near future.

    I like shopping at the Bay - brands are good, selection good. I miss the service they used to give. There is no one working there...I mean- you have to go on a scavenger hunt to find a support person.

    The Hudson Bay is one of my favorite department stores to shop for clothing, sweaters and belts. I love cotton sweaters. I can always find it at the bay.

    I went to the Pickering location at the mall looking around. There was lots of sales on everything. The store was clean and large. The prices was kinda high for me. There was alot nice things there. I don’t see any associates there. The store was not very busy.

    I haven't been in the Bay for quite some time. It was visually confusing. It seems that they have combined Zellers with the Bay. Technically not a big deal, but the section could have been executed so that it isnt confusing doe the customer. Everything else was orderly and as normal.

    Hudson's Bay is a really nice store with lots of different things. It is pretty expensive though so make sure you are willing to spend alot of money here. I personally love this store for its jewelry, I wear clip ons and I thought they would not have them here but they did and they look so real and so pretty and you can't even tell that they are clips! They are not very expensive and very very worth the purchase.

    My wife forgot her cell-phone the other day at Pickering shopping centre few days ago and we thought we lost it. Thank you for being honest and saved us from unwanted expenses.. Really appreciated for being so honest and kind.

    Some departments are out of stock on things really makes it difficult to compare. Store displays are always excellent.

    The staff have no idea how to process a return from marketplace. They were all so confused. A manager was then called, she was so rude. Came with an attitude already, she made up her mind that she wasn’t going to help or at least try. Then she followed us around Hudson’s Bay, not sure if she was watching to see whether another cashier would help. Horrible service! Doesn’t deserve any stars.

    Big store, love this retailer. Has a lot of choices, very well spaced and organized, multiple floors spacing from home, clothing, appliances, cosmetics, men, women, kids, pretty much the whole nine yards, but very well planned out. You should visit.

    Old store. Spiders are coming down infront of the changerooms. Stuff doesn't want to more than needed. Not busy at the time of my visit but still no hi or even a smile. And if you all for assistance you just get turned down right away - no offer to get somebody else to help out or even an answer to my question. Over all an unpleasant experience which ended up with me putting my stuff up infront of the counter to the the *very nice blonde lady* were a hi was already to much to be asked for. So if you like to be treated welcome to the store, you are better off staying away from this one.

    This location is very organized overall in all the departments. I received amazing customer service from Everald in the shoe department. He was very friendly, energetic, and ensured to help us find the correct sizes and styles. He went above and beyond trying to help us find the correct size checking in store and online. I was able to happily purchase the item I wanted in the correct size and colour. Thank you Everald!

    30 dollars plus tax to replace the watch battery? That's ridiculous, The watch guy on top of the food court At the pickering town center We'll do it for less than half that.

    I actually was in the store to do a return from an online purchase. I went in near store opening on a Saturday morning and the store was not busy at all which was nice. I went to the nearest service desk with all my proper return documents and was given quite the run around including false information, I then had to go to a separate departments service desk (equally as equipped as the first). Took me a bit of wandering but found a counter near the kids department and voila they processed the return no problem. As part of the return I had a 10% additional price reduction on my next purchase, I browsed a few departments but found them to be poorly stocked and didn't have the items I was looking for. Seems to me they may be closing eventually and stick to online only model. The shelves felt more like a boutique display / demo than actual product sales. Eh

    Stores are well stocked. The sales person was extremely helpful. There were not a lot of people in the store. Perfect time to go shopping.

    A national institution that would be a shame to lose! This location is small, well-organized and stocked with all the luxury and everyday items you expect to find at the bay. The sales are always worth checking out and I do most of my Xmas shopping here, both online and in store.

    I would give this store a zero if I could. The staff especially one at the service counter was so rude when I tried returning an item which was bought twice. (ONLINE & INSTORE) She stated I need to go to the original store i purchased it from for return in a very rude manner. When I left I said I'm very disappointed, while I was leaving she started talking rude about me to the other customer and associate. How unprofessional and low!

    Some very friendly sales associates who are always willing to help, some are rude :( so I had mixed experiences. Sale wise it's really good, you can buy some excellent quality products at exceptional prices. I just love shopping here!

    The Bay is amazing. Always a great selection of wuality designer brands. Amazon is great but they cannot replace the benefits of physical shopping. Plus it's obviously fun.

    For a store that has alot of clothes, it's all just 1 size of this and 3 of another size. Wouldn't go back for clothes per say but staff were nice!

    I bought a Christmas tree....they would not give me the floor model, so the sales associate ordered it with the promise that it would arrive in 5 days. It took 12 days and it was the wrong tree. I looked at it for a day and returned it to the store. They sold me the floor model and everyone was very kind and helpful (trees are very heavy) My new tree is up and ready for Christmas!

    Was literally looking at dresses and the employee told me “excuse me be gentle to the dresses” she was acting like I was throwing all the dresses off the hanger and onto the floor.. I wonder where they hire these people from

    What I like about the Bay is that when they put on a sle they put on good discounts. It makes it worth the trip there. The store was well organized and clean. Items were in the right locations. Great selection of products. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall it was an excellent shopping experience.

    Went to Oshawa store this morning to make one purchase..a Xmas tree that was on sale. The Gentleman that helped us was awesome, looked high & low with no success. Found out that Pickering had 2 in stock. We asked if we could hold one. He said it's not their policy at the store. Without hesitation we traveled to Pickering. On the way, I took the chance of calling their store. Spoke to a lady who said yes they don't hold. Plus she could not check if there was any in stock. I had to come to store. Got to store, stood in a long line up..no problem. When we reached staff, she had to leave her position, which had several people in line to check stock. There was none. But as we went to leave, there was one at the counter with a note on top...Hold for Sonja!!! We asked to speak to the Manager. He came and said yes he is holding it for a customer. We explained what we had been told by 3 Employees...No Holds! He could care less what we had been told and said...oh well sorry!!! Won't step back there again. For all you know they could have lost a sale. How is he to know that customer will be back! We won't!! Terrible customer service and no staff to help!

    An associate had trouble processing a return and the associate was unsure of how to help so they called down the manager Lily. Keep in mind I had tags and a receipt for the item. The manager Lily was incredibly disrespectful and from the start accused me a stealing the item even though I had the receipt. I had asked Lily if she was so sure I had stolen why she doesn’t she just call down loss prevention and they can analyze my receipt and she just demanded that I give her the Hudson Bay plastic bag and then she can further assist. To process a return all is needed is a receipt and tags on the item and in a resellable condition. The Hudson Bay return policy does not mention also needing the Hudson Bay plastic bag as well. I found this to be completely jarring and unprofessional on Lily’s behalf that she demanded for a plastic bag and then started giving dirty looks to my partner that was standing behind who had nothing to do with our exchange and she started demanding my partner questions as well. We both felt racially profiled by Lily especially since she started demanding my partner questions who had nothing to do with the interaction. A previous reviewer also mentions being followed around the store by a manager. Hudson Bay needs to offer some retraining to Lily when it comes to handling returns and discrimination and biases.

👍👍 The store wasn't busy but I got great customer service ! Ended up buying a nice OBEY black sweater + 20% discount on top of it . Cashier lady was friendly and easy going ! Would definitely come back!
