Picked up some cute swimwear from the H & M at Pickering Town Centre and Jenna, who was working at the cashier check out, was phenomenal! Jenna was super friendly and helpful: during check out she asked if I had any discount coupon or had the H & M app for points. Not only did Jenna do a great job of explaining the benefits of the H & M app, she also helped me to download the app, login and find a 15% off coupon! Amazing, right?! Thankfully nobody was behind me in the line up during the app download and sign up (I would have stepped aside to not hold any other customers up). Jenna was exemplary in her efforts! I rarely shop at H & M however it's customer service such as Jenna's that will have me visiting H & M again soon!

Amazing newly renovated store is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Found clothes for my son and he ended up loving it. So I def. recommend checking it out.

Despite ungraded renovations and look and feel, the selection of items for men was a letdown. Located way at the back of the store, men's selection is limited and cheap quality.

The store has a good layout and holds good quality items; could be cleaner to remove dust. However, the customer service is not good especially rude female reps on the floor who have nothing better to do other than comment on customers allergies and the loudness of sneezes. Will not be bringing my mom here to shop again.

I had the best experience in the Pickering Town Centre H&M. I was shopping on my break so I was pressed for time, Nebeela the associate working today was absolutely outstanding. Never have I ever received such amazing service. Great Job Nebeela

Needed to reprint a receipt from two weeks ago and the kind manager Kaelan was very helpful. He went out of his way to assist me with my issue and I truly appreciate it. Its great to see positive members like Kaelan in managerial positions.

Worst customer experience ever. I bought one white shirt. When I politely declined being a member, the associate pushed my white shirt back across the dirty counter after I paid. Didn't ask if I wanted a bag. Her manager enabled her, when I asked why we weren't offered a bag, by telling her it was ok.

Best customer service! Kaelan was so helpful, he styled a whole outfit for me!

The staff is helpful when you need assistance. The cashier informative about deals. The clothing options had a variety of sizes. I would return.

Glad to have this close to home at the PTC, but he selection is not nearly comparable to STC, for example.

This store is an absolute dump. Extremely dirty, and no one is to be found to help you (or to clean, clearly). Avoid this store if you dislike sifting through discarded items in the wrong place or tripping over countless items thrown on the ground.

What floor staff that were on duty seemed to have no interest in client interaction.

The guy working in cashier counter this morning was so rude. His customer service is zero. He didn't say hi back to customer!

Able to find beautiful cotton dresses in affordable prices. Especially for children's super stylish clothes too available at lower prices.

There is nothing there for a plus sized person and that was really irritating. I was very annoyed going there

Very rude staff. I don’t know if it’s just the color of my skin or it maybe something else? I went on a Sunday and the day after (Monday). I just let the Sunday encounter slip thinking it was just a one-off kind of staff. But on Monday it was the same attitude, different employee. I also shopped around 100$ too, I wasn’t just walking around and wasting their time. HUGE difference attitude wise compared to the rest of h and m employees I’ve encountered. This is the worst.

My gf tried on about 6+ pairs of jeans and found a winner so worth it and saved a bit of 💰

I agree with all the reviews regarding RUDE STAFF, just visited the store today the girl at the cash register was extremely rude. They need to learn some manners, she was talking to another customer so rudely, the lady was returning something and the cashier kept arguing with her. Very disrespectful to the lady and her child along with the other customers in line!!! Will not shop at this location, don’t want to be yelled at by their cashiers.

Bad quality shoes could not be returned due to very poor customer service. The shoes was bought 2 weeks prior and after only that time started tearing apart. The customer service did not provide any explanation or help. Such a disappointment!
