Visited the store last Thursday, June 22nd and was helped by Natasha. Loved her bubbly, positive and outgoing personality, I was having a challenging day, and her energy is just what I needed. Wanted to pick up my favorite Vitamin E face cream, and she pointed out the specials and thank God for that, as I would have been oblivious, I ended up with two😊 Thank you Natasha .

One of the lady’s who works at this location “Emma” is extremely rude and unprofessional. The tone degrading attitude she presented was unfortunate. As for the other workers they were very helpful and polite.

You should bring back the Brazil Nut Eau De Toilet. It Smells So Good!!!!!! If Not Then At The Body Shop Specialty Stores. Or Seasonal Launchs. But Don't Sleep on this product. And nor the ability// opportunity to have some safe and healthy turn over!!!! Create your own seasonal sale. But its very fall// Autumn. Winter's Fall. You Know. Best, X.

Three staff members and I was the only customer. Not one smiled at me or said hi. Sad because I love their stuff, but I didn't buy any today.

Dealt with the Manager who helped me get the 50% off Boxing Day sale that was over in-store however I was having purchasing problems online the day before. She listened and understood what transpired. Took the time to sign me up so I could be eligible in-store. My budget was $100 but ended up spending over $250 because I wanted the items but more because I was happy to be accommodated and she honored my request. Love all the products. Happy customer since 1996 dealing with this Mother and Daughter ran store !

Jason was incredibly helpful finding the items I wanted and cashing out my order along with my loyalty points. He was apologetic that me online shopping experience ended with a "cannot process your order", which had nothing to do with the physical store. Very thankful for their social distancing protocols which they enforce. Well done The Body Shop Oshawa!!
