Store is inside the Pickering Town Centre mall, I couldn't find what I was looking for so I figured that they didn't have a lot of products compared to the other box store Dollarama. Still, I ended up buying something....a big bag of popcorn for $2! This would have been likely around $9 in the theaters! The staff are helpful and the store, like the mall, is clean. Make sure to bring your own bags otherwise you pay for one.

Nice place to shop. Lots of varieties which I haven't found at other Dollarama. Staff was nice and helpful. Everything was well organised. If someone has difficulty using self checkout, staff was there to help you out.

I had a terrible experience at this dollarama. The Manager was rude and unhelpful, and she didn't accept to help me as another dollarama with an outstanding Manager solved my issue! I would not recommend this place to anyone as the variety and customer service is extremely low.

Be aware of shopping at the Dollarama in the Pickering Town Centre. I bought an item that was clearly marked on the shelf for $2. When I went to check out it scanned at $4. Because I used the fast checkout, I paid my bill and then went to get the manager to say that the item is scanned wrong. She said that she can't give me back the overpaid $2 because they dont have that ability to do so and that I had to buy something else for the $2. She also told me that I should read all the labels correctly - such bad customer service! I then watched another customer go through the same issue as me and she said the same thing. It seems like a scam going on with the Dollarama stores because this happened in scarborough too. Be aware of this scam to get more money out of you!

The website says opening time is 9:30 am on Mondays. I showed up on a Monday morning at 9:40 am. A store employee was already inside but informed me that opening time was 10:30 am. I informed her that the website had a different opening time. She let me know that it was not the responsibility of the store employees to update the website. I suggested she contact whoever needed to be informed. Well, seven days later, the website still says that opening time on Monday is 9:30 am. Not impressed.

More variety of foods and products than normal dollar stores

I like to go to dollarama occasionally; it's a great place to take your young children. You can spend $20 and walk out with a bag full of toys, that they can be as rough as they want with them because they're cheap and easy to replace. It's also a great place for various candies and chocolate bars to stuff stockings and give out at Halloween. Need to make party bags? Check. Can do it here.

Despite the higher cost of all commodities, Dollarama is still the best place to buy toys, especially if you have little ones, loves poppy

Was searching for nails and did not think they have any, but fortunately found a small set of nails which I needed for hanging pic frame.

Inside the mall ... so I feel that the collections inside are way more than the regular ones. They have self checkout too. So you don't need to stand in queue ... definitely a good store to visit after a purchase in the mall or visiting the theater for a movie .. the go station is also nearby

Thank you so much to KAZI, staff in Dollarama, i was able to retrieve back my cellphone which i forgot on the self check-out machine. I put in down on the top of the machine to get my wallet on my side pocket, then somehow i got distracted, and forgot my phone. I hope the management should give a excellent performance rating and give necessary benefits he is entitled.

Good store lots of things not a huge store bit worth it

The one at the Pickering town centre is a little bit smaller than other stores but still you can find hidden treasures if you have time to look carefully..

There was absolutely no one willing to check me out at a register. They force you to do self checkout. When I asked if anyone was working the employee stated I would have to use the self checkouts. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am not an employee of this store and they should have people working at the front doing the job they are paid to do.

Absolutely impossible place to find. No signage anywhere. One tiny, small, obscure Dollarama sign at the back entrance by your side entrance. People that work there told me it was at the front. They don’t even know where it is. how do you expect to sell anything if people can’t find the store? Do you get enough foot traffic that you don’t need people to be able to find a store? Ridiculous.

Have really nice stuff more then other sites

Staff were inattentive and rude today. The self checkout was malfunctioning and continuously telling me to remove my items, then put them back on. Nobody came to help until I jumped up and down waving my arms. The employee was 5 meters away chatting, ignoring the tills. When she eventually saw me and came to help, she blamed me for the issue without even looking at the notification on the screen. When I explained to her what happened she did not look at me, respond, or even acknowledge the mistake. I know this is just a Dollarama and I shouldn't expect much, but I don't appreciate being treated like I'm stupid.

Very typical Dollarama, located in Pickering Town Centre. Stocked well very clean. Loved the way the check out should be. There were 6 cash machines but only one in use. This also is too typical for Dollarama.

When visiting Canada we love to go to Dollarama for the little extras to bring home.🇮🇪

What a great selection at this store. Staff were friendly too. Will come back and shop here again when in the area.

Empty, organized, fully stocked shelves, there’s a self checkout that takes cash, employees are helpful and friendly. They are OPEN, take the Pickering Town Centre front door to enter!

If this is the Dollarama at the Pickering Town Center,I am very satisfied with their help ,especially when they see that a client is somewhat disabled.
