I love Lush products. I love the smells, I love how socially aware the company is, and I love how the right products improve the look and feel of my skin. I have to say, the staff is particularly fantastic at the Pickering location. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It's always a treat to shop with them.

I brought my 3 year old in here because of all the beautiful colours. She wanted to see what this store was and the moment we walked in... She was loving the scents and beautiful displays! Their selection of bath bombs, face washes and other natural products is vast! Shandell then asked if we’d like to drop a bath bomb into a bowl of water. The moment it hit the water, my three-year-old was captivated! She played with the bath bomb until her hands were pink! Shandell really knew how to connect with the customer and make everyone feel welcome! We didn’t end up buying anything, but... I did learn a lot about what they offer and I will be back to buy some stuff for my wife and oldest daughter!!! THANKS SHANDELL!!!

I’m very new to Lush products and was introduced by a friend while shopping at the Queen St location— the staff was really friendly there! I was really excited to try some samples from the Pickering location after purchasing a few other products last week— and loved them! I was happy with the customer service until the manager asked me to be “honest” with her— I thought I was being honest with her with regards to asking for a sample for my mom. She did provide samples to me last week which now I feel really bad for asking. While she was trying to be friendly, she commented that she “saw through my compliments” when I thanked her for the sample today. I was being honest to her the whole time when I was asking for samples for friends or my mom. After that interaction with the manager I don’t feel comfortable coming back to this location.

Such friendly staff! I felt so welcome when I shopped here, will definitely recommend and come back again.

Went in today looking to grab something for the wife. Natalia was a great help and very knowledgeable. She was super friendly and I could tell she had a smile under the mask. Very pleased with my visit!

Went in today around 1, and did a very quick shop. What made the experience were the amazing two individuals behind the counter. They were so helpful and lovely, and made my experience great. Standout shopping experience, and I’ve been shopping here for years with nothing but amazing service.

It was my first visit to the store on this Boxing Day and the first time I entered a Lush store in my life. The staff at this location, especially Fran, are absolutely the kindest folks I've met :) They are incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. They help you with any questions and are clearly passionate about Lush and the products. Before I spoke to the staff, they were assisting other customers and they were very nice and helpful with them too. I remember there was little girl playing with the both bombs in the water- and they were super kind to the family too. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I'll be back soon!

Great store, friendly staff. it was my first experience at this location.

First of all, the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, especially Roman and Fran who helped me. I specifically came in looking for hair products and Roman took his time with me, him and Fran were very knowledgeable and even tested the products on my hands. I’m pleased with everything he recommended and excited to try them at home. I love this location and will for sure be back. You never know what someone is going through and just the energy alone in this location brightened up my mood. You guys are awesome! Thank you so much.

I am an efficient shopper and always tend to place my orders ahead of time for pickup. Despite this I always spend a few extra minutes chatting with the lovely staff. It's evident the company does their best to foster a positive family environment not just with their employees, but with their customers as well. I seem to cross paths with Fran quite often and each time I have the most pleasant experience chatting with her. She clearly knows her stuff! 10/10 experience everytime. I always look forward to visiting this location and will continue to do so.

I usually love this location but this time I went in I understand Christmas we all want to make as many sales as possible. But from the moment I walked in a was jumped on by the staff and wasn't really able to look around with out the staff following me and trying to upsell me and really just not letting me shop even when I made it clear i want to shop by my self. It just made me extremely uncomfortable but normally this location is much better.

Enjoyed my shopping experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. I loved that they treated my children with respect and offered them help with some ideas for Christmas.

I was always overwhelmed by the smell in this store so I've shopped here very little over the years. However, queue 2020 and needing to wear a mask...I was able to spend 15 minutes in the store with the awesomely helpful staff selecting bathbombs for myself and my son and a couple other treats. Very happy with the quality and results of all the things I bought....except for the shower bomb. A lush bar of soap is better.

I have ordered online twice now and done curbside pick up. The customer service is amazing and the employees that bring the product to my vehicle are so very nice. I would recommend purchasing from here just based on the great service. Thank you!

Super helpful and attentive staff. Typically when I head into Lush I already know what I'm purchasing and I'm never usually one to try something new. The last time I visited, a very friendly lady helped me find what I needed but also by showing some of the newest products and the ingredients they contained. I loved how knowledgeable she was and she had me sit down to try out the products. I felt like I was at the spa getting pampered. I ended leaving the store with my regular products AND the new ones as I was super impressed by the type of ingredients were used.

At every other Lush I've visited, I've always have a great and very positive experience. I left this location feeling upset as well as offended. The manager is not genuine whatsoever. I agree with the other review who stated that she is very passive aggressive! It seemed as if through her "complements" she was actually throwing various jabs at me. It made me feel quite uncomfortable at times. This is unacceptable for Lush! The employees at Lush are part of the whole experience-- the products are wonderful yes, but having positive interactions with the associates matters too.

Today my daughter and I went into Lush about 6 minutes before closing time and we were greeted with the largest smile from both of the employees! We asked if we still had time to grab a few bath bombs and they said yes of course! We promptly picked a few and then one of the employees was telling us about bubble bars and we decided to get one of those as well. We were not rushed and both the employees went above and beyond to make our experience great! We cashed out and said our goodbyes and they invited us back anytime! They had even thrown in a sample or two! Although we did not catch their names I hope they see this review and know they made our experience so wonderful we will be returning again soon!

Every visit I am greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "hello". The staff truly know their products and are always eager to help wherever possible. There's a reason I continue to go back. P.S: the lady that helped me today (May 12, at 1 pm) was fantastic! I'm only sorry I didn't catch her name as she truly deserves all the credit ☺️

Tai was great, amazing conversation, very polite, and friendly/welcoming. They made me feel right at home, the store was so clean and organized too, Tai made my trip! Definitely coming back soon.
