I wish i can give them less than one star. Not because of the sales staff but i believe the supervisor or maybe seniors sales lady. I was with my toddler and my kid took some clothes and throw them on other clothes. I was busy looking around so i didn’t noticed until the that lady start yelling at cashier (she was wearing hijab) in a very rude way to do the racks work for organizing clothes and same time look for cash register and her self was busy in chit chat with others. I really felt for her and start helping her. Because i saw she was the only one working back and forth between cash register and organizing clothes. My only advice for the lady is please don't start yelling right fronts of customer and have some respect for others if your self is so lazy to work.

Not stroller friendly, which is kind of funny because it’s a children’s clothing store. I tried going in there twice and left because I literally count not fit in there with my stroller. I won’t be going back because I can’t.

Outstanding service by Anna and her coworker. Thank you Anna and whoever was with shift with her around 12:30 today. Anna and the girl with her in the same shift was very kind and extremely helpful. I honestly have never met any store clerk at clothing store that cared about customer before. By far the best service I received at clothing store in my entire life. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff were incredibly rude and the store IS NOT stroller friendly. As a new mom and a social media influencer...I will NEVER shop here again and I will not recommend to any other parents.

Very large and fun place to go to look for clothing for you child back to school is around the corner so why not enjoy with this bright colorful store

I have been there several times and they have a great selection. I just bought clothes for four young young children. Staff is very helpful. I'll be back.

They didn’t even bother to open on this past Saturday. We saw sales associates before 11. They disappeared into the back only to never return. Security said they should be in there. We called and the phone was left off the hook as the message was “the number you are trying to reach is unavailable”. We had to drive all the way to Scarborough to return something after wasting 40 minutes for a store that never opened. If there was a shortage of staff then the manager should be responsible and come into the store to post a sign at least so customers don’t waste their time.

The manager at this location is super kind and helpful! I believe her name was Karen, she was able to help with all of my questions and put all the items I needed on hold for me until I got to the store. I quality of the snow suit purchased is definitely a 10/10

Shopped there last night with my grandchildren, absolutely horrible experience!! The staff are rude and dismissive, 3 people working but when we asked to use the fitting room we were told very rudely “it’s closed “. When we asked for help we were ignored and the only reason I did purchase something is because it was my granddaughter’s birthday and she had picked out a complete outfit, otherwise I would of thrown everything there and walked out. When I asked for the phone number to head office, the manager had to pull it up on her phone and shoved it in my face, I then said do you not have a pen and paper to write it down, she proceeded to rip off a piece of receipt paper and slammed a pen down in front of me. I had to ask what her name was as no one had a name tag on. I wasn’t the least surprised when she said her name was Karen. Absolutely outrageous behaviour as we were exiting the store the manager and cashier who was another piece of work starting talking about us loud enough that we could hear. I don’t think this is what the Children’s Place should have representing their business!! I definitely will be following up with head office in the coming week regarding this reprehensible behaviour!

The service is good.Karen and Patricia have very good customer service, they give good helping hands always when I go to the store.I have absolutely no problem and will shop there always.

The Children's Place is amazing. They have infant, boys and girls sizes available. Girls sizing to size 16 and boys sizes to 18. They always have a great sale on, plus when you make a purchase, they give you coupons towards your next purchase. Sometimes the savings add up quite a bit. The styles are what the kids want along with cool accessories.

A little cramped but ideally placed in the mall for quick in and outs. Not very many sale items, but the markdown prices are great if you find your style/size. Always a great buy when you catch a sale. Regular priced items are comparable to other stores, but the quality here is much better.

Surprisingly the store is hard to maneuver a stroller.some areas I couldn't even get my stroller in which was odd since it's infant to size 16 clothing. Staff is helpful and friendly though

I frequent Children's Place on a regular basis. I find though often the item I'm trying to buy is sold out in the toddler age range that I need. I bought a pair of shoes that we're too small for my grandson in Scarborough. I took the shoes back to the store in Pickering. This store did have the size I needed however, it had been well worn and returned. Really, I don't know how this used pair of shoes made it back on the shelf and was over looked by the sales staff even after I pointed it out to 2 different sales clerk. Sales clerk in Pickering need to be more diligent when people returns goods and be mindful not to put the returned used items back on the shelf as if it were new and unused.

the store raises the price tgen puts then at regular price after the lie of 40% off where is it normal for a.kids pair of pants go for 65$ like really and 30.to 40$ for a kids top a real over price store i would not recommend this place to purchase clothes Costco has better deals on kids clothes and osh kosh has better value for buying kids clothes and when your buying for more than one child

I came in on August 23,2023 around 8:30 at the Pickering town centre and made a big purchase for back to school supplies and backpacks and Karen and Deeba were both such a big help to me and my family. They were so kind and patient with me and understanding on how overwhelming it can be around these time.

Today I went to the Children's place at Pickering Town center to get some uniforms for my daughter and I couldn't find the sizes I was looking for and the lady working at the shop offered to find the sizes of all the clothes that I wanted to buy and searched on line and placed the order for me. Her name was Simone . She was very patient , kind and extremely helpful. Thank you again Simone. You are Awesome!! Thank you also to the other lady working with her . Both of them were so helpful.

The manager is rude and unhelpful. During the busy Christmas season she has cashiers who aren't allowed or aren't able to do returns. Instead of helping when the line of customers gets longer and longer, she continues to fold clothes. Despite several people complaining about the line she does nothing.
