Just
before
Christmas
I
went
in
to
this
store
to
buy
a
couple
powered
tree
ornaments.
The
staff
were
extremely
rude
to
me
and
other
customers
in
the
store.
I
asked
one
of
the
staff
to
help
me
find
one
of
the
ornaments
in
the
mess
they
had
on
the
shelf.
She
replied
"
you
have
to
buy
the
opened
one
on
display
there
are
none
left",
in
a
rude
manor.
I
the
said
you
have
6
boxes
of
product
sitting
here,
can
i
look
through
it
to
see
if
it's
there.
She
huffed
off
and
left
me
there
with
no
answer.
So
I
opened
the
boxes
and
there
it
was.
I
looked
around
and
saw
customer
after
customer
being
treated
like
they
didn't
matter.
One
poor
older
woman
was
looking
for
help
to
find
a
card
because
she
just
lost
her
sister
to
covid
and
couldn't
see
very
well.
Instead
of
helping
her
she
pointed
to
the
section
and
said
she
was
to
busy
to
help
her.
Meanwhile
she
was
doing
absolutely
nothing.
I
could
understand
if
she
was
busy,
but
all
the
staff
were
doing
was
complaining
about
other
staff
and
how
tough
there
job
is.
I've
been
coming
to
this
location
for
years,
the
attitude
I'm
the
store
has
become
angry
and
negative.
Maybe
the
manager
needs
to
reevaluate
the
way
the
staff
are
being
treated
or
make
some
positive
changes
internally.

for
a
change!
