Worst customer service. Manager was so rude and didn’t give me my shoe refund clamming that I wore it which was not the case at all. And the shoes was in the same situation as it was at the time of buying and it was completely clean. The only time the box was open after buying that shoes to saw my boyfriend and he didn’t like it so we decided to return. And also clearly lying that she was present at the movement I bought the shoes but I am 100% sure there was only one lady available and it wasn’t her. And she didn’t have any help at that moment. no matter how much you explain they don’t want to listen customer. And also make laugh with other people after arguing. NEVER GO TO THIS PEOPLE.

Had been to Aldo store in Pickering town center and met Tash, what a wonderful shopping experience it was, Tash helped us in finding the right product and price. She made everything look easy . Thanks Tash.

I went shopping here today and the store manager (Adam?), was awesome. Great customer service, energy, attitude and helpfulness. I went to multiple shoe stores this day and he made the trip awesome, I came back around at the end to get shoes from Aldo's vs like 4 other stores. Good deals for good quality shoes. The manager polished them for me and everything and gave good recommendations. Despite it being close to the end of the workday he made the experience great. As for overall the store didn't have as much selection of wide-toe box shoes, but I managed to get a pair that suits me well.

Freshta and Tash were amazing! they helped me find the perfect boots for my anniversary. best service at this location!

Gave them a 3 star although most of my shoes have been purchased from this store. Was not greeted when I walked in. There were about 5 attendants in the store and only one additional customer besides myself. The attendants were all hovering around the cash register chatting away. After looking around for 5 minutes and still not having anyone serve me I figured they did not need my business today. Hopefully my next experience at the store will be a more favourable one.

As previous reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is appalling at this location. Clearly management has not taken criticism seriously and the employees continue to provide exceptionally poor customer service. My mother and I went into the store and were not assisted, the 2 employees were too busy chatting away as if they were customers themselves. I was forced to interrupt their engaging conversation to ask questions. Your employees are indifferent and uninterested in working at your store. You lost my business today as I decided to purchase a bag from Call it Spring instead.

If you are going to purchase anything here DO NOT use debit/credit. Charged my mom 3 times and they refuse to give my mom her money back even with proof from the bank showing she was charged 3 times. The manager is only a manager by title as she has no power to do refunds and is not capable of solving any problem without permission of someone else. There main concern is that there inventory would be messed up. I work retail and know that any inventory issues can be fixed. They were suppose to do something about it 3 days ago and didnt so my mom called back customer service. Customer service told my mom they have thousands of issues a day to solve. If your company has that much issuses to solve a day and taking someones money isn’t a top priority maybe your company should shut down. I talked to managers at other Aldo’s i passed and they said we should be getting our refund and if it happened in there store they would of had no problem giving it to us. Shows how bad this store is managed.

The new manager, Adam, is a breath of fresh air! He has such a great personality and doesn’t hesitate to help you find what you’re looking for. His customer service experience is phenomenal which makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. He makes great suggestions and really knows the products to guide you on finding the correct fit. We went in to find shoes for my mom and I ended up finding shoes I really liked too. Really happy to have met him and will definitely make this my go-to location for future purchase :)

Adam is awesome, very knowledgeable friendly and fun. Will return to this location even though I live closer to STC. Have recommended Pickering Aldo to others.

The manager Tressa at this location is unbelievably rude and very judgemental of the customers. We received the shoes in bad quality (the boots had marks on the bottom) and when we went to return it, she accused us of wearing the shoe. She is like "you wore this shoe, I'm not doing a refund" with her eyebrows raised and with an authoritative tone. Which I think is unacceptable. How do you shop at a store that ships out worn out shoes then have the employee accuse you as the reason for the poor quality. I can tolerate the shoes but tressa's customer service skills needs improvement and the store management should do better to train her in customer service.

Bought a nice pair of leather boots - made in portugal, at the start of September 2022. They had a 20% off promotion. Not everything in the store is good quality and over the years I feel the quality in general has depreciated, but there are awesome finds - and I will be back !

I came in this ALDO for a specific bag, however the display bag was only one left, an associate told me. So I took it from the shelf and stood in a very long line. The same associate (wish I could remember her name) noticed that I; (with a 3-year-old) were still in line waiting to cash-out, she apologized for the long wait and offered to hold my bag at the front. I mean, the 3-year-old barely has patience but even I was getting frustrated waiting in such a long line, debating if to leave or not. When I finally got to the front, a brand new bag (not display) was waiting for me. I was very pleased. I give this place 4 Stars because the associate lady was very nice and continued to small chat and check on me while I was waiting a ridiculously long time. And also found my bag in the back so I didn't have to take the display one. I took off 1 star cause the whole experience took wayyyyyyy too long.

Stuff is sweet friendly and always goes out of their way to resolve an issue. Always a pleasure to speak with them :)

Zero sense of customer service. Lined up for half an hour only to find my size shoe was sold out. Asked the lady for a lower size check. Had to sit and try the size on. Immediately decided and came back to the counter only to be asked to join back in the line up. Crazy staff and uncaring mannerisms. Never Aldo again.

One of the worst stores I have ever visited. Literally walked in with my cousin, wasn't greeted at all and 3 employee were working. Looked around for shoes and no one said hello or asked if I needed help. Tried on the shoe I was interested in but since no help was offered decided to walk out. Extremely disappointing when I come from a retail background.

Went to get a pair of Red sneakers for my best friend as a Christmas gift. It wasn't available in store but the young lady in the store was very helpful, respectful and professional and ordered the sneakers online for me. I like how accommodating she was.

Tash and Chyvon were awesome. Helped me find a boot that fits me and my style ! Would highly recommend their awesome customer service !

I visited Aldo today with no intention to purchase anything. Adam is the true definition of excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience and Adam’s customer service was exceptional. Adam was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this store for Adam’s outstanding customer service! I ended going from no purchase to purchasing two pairs of shoes which I really enjoyed wear at my event. The customer service I received was top-notch!
