Lines may be long but so much better than visiting the Pickering post office. Staff here are much more willing to help, provide information and knowledgeable. I’ve had bad experiences time and time again at the other location, but since coming here I’ve notice my mail is actually making it to its destination!

Tall and skinny unattractive redhead girl is very rude. Yelling to people who don't stand on the dots. She needs to be fired on her little power trip.

Would rate 0 if I could. For some reason they were closed from at least 5:35pm to 6pm (could have been 5-6pm for all I know) because "she was on her lunch break". So there is only 1 employee working and they decided to take lunch AFTER the main Post Office closed? Wish I could just tell everyone to wait while I went on lunch without getting fired. If they weren't a monopoly they would be out of business.

I have to agree with most of the customers who have the same experience with this location. Worst location in Durham, I've never seen this type of service it my life. Specially the manager, when you have a lazy and no manners manager, what should we expect the place. She always use excuse as " we are not post office." Then what are you. Useless . Should be fired. Shame in shopper's

I get all my Amazon packages delivered here for the security and convenience. I've never had an issue with something going missing or picking up my packages. I can't comment much on the other services because I go the the Pickering Main Post Office if I need to do anything else.

Was placed on hold for 2 hours to come in and find out two people are just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Dec 30 2022 was the day. GET RID of the useless canada post workers

Worst location in Durham, I've never seen this type of service it my life.

Line up is usually long. However, that us due to people not understanding if you are just dropping a package off you don’t have to wait in line. Employees are extremely nice and very hard working.

I had the most pleasant experience from Sana, she was so helpful, friendly and with a smile. She really helped me with all my packages and mail, thank you Sana

5 Star service compared to what you get at the Pickering Post office. Highly recommended!

If I could rate this place zero I would. I went there at 7:30pm. It showed that they are open till 9pm online but when I went the staff, middle aged with short hair mentioned that she was closed. I asked her if there was any other office open till 9pm and her reply was " I donn't know anymore" with a stern rude face. Just a "don't know" would have been fine and polite but I never knew that Canada Post could answer only during their work hours..

Well, let me save you the time and say you should not bother coming to this location if you’re not willing to wait at least an hour. Every time I come it’s an extremely long wait unless you’re lucky. Ive once waited an hour to have their system completely fail and had to go home and come back. I’ve never seen 2 people working at this location, it’s always one employee so you can imagine when 5+ people in line. I’m not blaming the employees at all, I feel quite bad for them because you can see they are stressed. I hope one day they get the team work they need. I get this isn’t an official post office but I’m sure they make enough money to pay for another additional employee. It’s quite ridiculous actually.
