Love their clothes but super expensive! Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Tried to return pj's I got for Xmas. Had a gift receipt but they wouldn't let me exchange them for the price paid which was $25 as it was a month after xmas. They said the pj's are only worth $12.99 now so that's all I would get to exchange them. Gift receipt doesn't matter apparently. I ended up just keeping the pj's because there's barely anything in the store for $12.99. It was a totally bad experience compared to excellent service I've had at other La Vie en Rose locations. Disappointing and makes me less likely to want to buy anything from the brand in the future.

I enjoy shopping at La Vie en Rose in general, just not this location. The two older ladies, one of them is quite nice and friendly, the other who was asked to do my return (so maybe manager) is the opposite. The sales associates are very nice though. There is the odd policy that if you exchange something once it’s final sale, or that’s how it was explained to another customer while I was there recently. The quality of their pyjamas is hit or miss, so I do advise to buy the more expensive items as it will last you years longer. Once I was cheap and it didn't last a wash before it was misshapen and unusable. The more expensive items ($25+ each) have lasted years and still look new.

I was hesitant to write this review but after reading all the other reviews pertaining to this location….I’m appalled. It’s clear everyone has had the same experience with the same two older ladies whom work here, yet nothing has changed nor been addressed. I am very aware of the COVID protocols; however, we all know a lot of the protocols have been lifted and some form of normality is coming back. I do understand that each business per their discretion can still have certain COVID rules in place. I agree with this and support this. Anyhow, I needed some new bras and I thought “hey let me just ask if they can do sizing for me since my size has changed in the last year” I was very well aware they can say no and I would be perfectly fine with that because I respect that each establishment has their own COVID protocols in place. When I asked one of the older ladies working their - oh my goodness she was so rude. What’s worse is they way she made me feel. This women must be close to her 60’s and she was speaking to me like some elementary school bully. All she had to say was “no we cannot do sizing due to store policy” …..Why was being kind and professional so hard for her?

Terrible customer service. I went expecting to exchange pyjamas that I received as a gift. After looking at the receipt, the two workers stated that they could do the exchange for the purchased price. After browsing the store for a few minutes, I was re-approached and rudely told that my $90 pyjama set could only be exchanged for a $20 store credit. Not impressed, will not be returning.

Rude and racist store employees. Just visited now and had horrid experience with cashier. Wouldn’t shop at this location ever again.

Went to this store today around 2 30, had a bad experience with employees, I heard a disgruntled young employee screaming profanities at coworkers while I was shopping with my kid. Manager did apologize but the day was ruined by the outburst

Racist employee old blonde lady with glasses. Went to the store well dressed in my office clothes. (I was casually browsing and i picked up 1 bikini top & immediately i got pushed into a fitting room in a rude condescending tone. She was very hostile to help me after she put me in the change room. Definitely see racial profiling from this women.

The girl that served me wasn't very bright, but pretty nice. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the slimming undergarments, the advertisement said it would take me down a dress size but it actually made my midsection larger and you could see everything through clothes. The top was bunching and uncomfortable, would not stop rolling down... such a waste of money, hate it :(.

The lady with the blonde hair was wonderful. Helped me pick out a great outfit for my date. Going back to get next outfit Very professional

First time visiting this location. Well laid out store. Merchandised extremely well. My wife enjoys this store and so do I.helpful and friendly staff.

I visited to store on Sunday and the staff were friendly especially Gina. I will visit this store again.

The only reason why I’m giving this store a 3 star is because of the young friendly girl that helped me when I walked in. But when I Went to check out there were two older women there , one was a little more friendly but the one with the massively swollen lips was extremely rude for no apparent reason at all. She needs some kind of customer service training or maybe just stick her in the back room away from people.

UPDATE - RECEIVED A NEW bikini bottom!! Thank you for getting back to me and I did shop at this store again, and I did have great service. Have not had to make a return. At stores right now. Bought super cute bikini. Tried on in store. Got to spa and found a nice side seam split. Patterned material so I guess missed while trying on. Now they don't want to honour an OBVIOUS DEFECT. JUst want a replacement pair. If this is too much trouble I guess I will be making sure I am no longer doing business here. Oh wow yup total song and dance ...so far dont shop here and if you do beware.
