October 2, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We decided to drop by SVP in our pursuit of new running shoes. To our satisfaction, the store has a commendable selection, and their prices were quite fair. We received valuable assistance from employee Brookk, who not only helped us find the right shoe sizes but also made an earnest effort to track down the Jordan track pants and hoodie that I had fallen in love with, though regrettably, they were not available in my size. Despite this setback, our primary mission was accomplished as we left with a pair of running shoes, marking our visit as a successful shopping venture.

I came in Tuesday, and adored my experience. I met a witty young man by the name of Luke, and I just would love to say he is amazing. He sold me a lovely pair shoes and a shoe cleaner that works great. He shared many helpful facts which in turn helped me with my purchase. He was kind and very knowledgeable. We will be definitely be coming back soon. Great customer service!

Large selection of athletic clothes & gear. Great customer service from Brook helpful in the footwear section. Purchased a set of Nike Downshifts in Black with his assistance. Great prices on shoes and apparel.

Worst retail shopping experience!!! Bought a pair of Puma for my school age child, the insole already had 3 big holes after wearing ONLY 1 month or so. Went back to the store and spoke with the Store Manager, all we requested was a replacement of the defective insole. She refused and tried to persuaded us to purchase another new pair of shoes. She was very rude and threatened us to leave the store after finding us with no interest to make another purchase, and she refused to provide us her name and employee id. She also warned us their Customer Service wouldn't take care the matter and she was the only one who could make the decision. Their product quality is poor and there is no after-sale service. It's a total waste of money and time with SVP Sport Pickering. This was our first time shopping with this company and we will never go shopping with this company again!

This place used to be the AUTHORITY on sneakers and sportswear!!! under old owners.. they literally had all the best brands and types of shoes. (skate, running and basketball) now they're absolute trash. Your better off going literally anywhere else.

Loblaws my favorite grocery store. I can always find what I'm looking for, especially Love the hot plate and ready made meals. You can actually get lunch for less than $10 here. The products are always fresh and at a great price. You can save on a PC made product.

Excellent service. Josh and the other gentlemen working there were very patient and helpful in terms of finding the right size for my new cleats. The deals are also outstanding as well, I’ve never seen quality cleats at much lower prices than their competitors. Will definitely be returning for my sports needs. Great service once again!

Good place to visit for branded sport items like Adidas, Nike, Puma etc. I bought Blue Jays merch, 2 t shirts, 1 hoodie and a hat for 90 dollars can't get a deal like that anywhere else. Hockey jerseys are almost half price of the original price. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

I went to buy Shin Pads. They were God Damn Nice And all the prices for the item has a reasonable Price. You must go there. Will visit that place again. Even though it’s kinda far for me.

Not a fan of this anymore. The staff there are just nothing to speak of, the lady at the register was just beyond rude. Please bring back the old staff and make the store what it once was. If not I don’t see that location being up for much longer.

They don't have accounts just sell factory defects and returns from bigger department store. Stay away or examine your product very well before purchasing. You are probably buying a defect.

Had a great experience. Called ahead and they set aside the shoes I wanted in my size. All I had to do was go to the cash and pay, I was in and out in a few minutes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The shoes I bought were great, took them on my 1st hike today. Great prices, will definitely go back when I have more time. Hidden gem of a store!

I come looking for hat and they didnt have but it's okay because the lady employee tell me they have big shoes online. I need big shoes because I have big feet. I order shoes good fit quality good. Fila size 17. Hard to find. Price was good. I would add photo but I dont post feet picture for free hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahhaa

The staff are amazing! Went there recently and Ashish delivered excellent customer service. He helped me pick out the right shoes I was looking for and offered different sizes for me to try on. Overall the store is very well kept with great choices and the experience was great. Would definitely shop again!

Really good options and deals for men ( not as much options for women) and kids. The staff are nice and helpful. I always find good deals when ever I go there.

Absolutely amazing service! Thusha was great, her suggestions were perfect. She was attentive and quick to retrieve any shoes I wanted to try on. It was a great experience. The cashier was so upbeat and happy. The managers are wonderful, always smiling!

Gotta be there when on sale...the best price for Christmas. Can't ask for more.

I went in here and other locations several times. I really want to give it a 5 star review because a lot of young friendly people work here and are very helpful and kind and (beautiful hehehe) but i gotta give it 4 only because the selection of items is hit or miss. Sometimes you can find some nice cool stuff and other times, which i find is more common, you will find nothing of interest. I will continue to pop in here every now and then to take a peek at the inventory and hope to find something i like.

Store carries a lot of out of season stuff but its pretty affordable if you are looking for name brand clothing for your kids. When I went to pick up my online order, they asked for 1 piece of ID, the order email and they want to see the credit card that you placed the order with.. I think its a bit overkill but I guess that is their policy.

Staff is very kind, got good quality cleats for 20$ and selection is wide for this size of the store.

Located in front of Loblaw's, I had not noticed this store before. I'm pleasantly glad that I went inside. There is a large mark up on sports clothing at other stores but not here, Their prices were very competitive and budget conscious. I'm glad I came in here.I will return

It's really cool to see a lineup at 9:45 am outside this spot. It's not a covid lineup at all. It's pure shopping fans. Thks spot is super affordable and really friendly Unfortunately they're usually out of stock on any shoes that are good. Great hat selection though and everything else is cool. Lots of kids wear too.

Went in an purchased a variety of products missing from the bag were a puma toque and the free socks. I called them immediately and was told they had to watch the video,gave them the receipt number,time and cashiers name. Didn't receive a phone call, went there and was told we watched the video and everything was put in the bag. Bad customer service will never shop there again.

Due to the remarkably honest, down-to-earth and incredibly helpful sales associate Kayla I purchased not one pair of shoes but two! Despite the fact that I am probably 3 times as old as her she related to me by sharing her own personal experiences with shoes for dog walking. When I return, I will seek her out for sure. Kudos.

Such a surprise to find this store after so many years in Pickering. Amazing selection of sports wear, great discounts and sales, a whole wall of shoes with stock in all sizes, and great prices. Will return for all my sports clothing and running shoe needs. Great selection for the kids too!
