Went
here
to
exchange
a
wallflower
plug
that
had
stopped
working.
We
spend
a
lot
of
money
here
every
year.
We
buy
in
bulk
and
stock
up
regularly
on
the
3
wick
candles
and
wallflower
plug
ins.
One
thing
I
love
about
this
company
is
their
policy
to
replace
wallflower
plug
in's
when
they
stop
working,
because
the
company
is
aware
of
the
fact
that
these
plug
ins
die
quickly
and
aren't
very
well
made.
I
also
love
that
they
take
back
candles
if
you
don't
like
the
scent
when
you
get
it
home
and
burn
it.
Well
that
policy
has
apparently
recently
changed.
I
completely
understand
that
with
policies
like
this,
people
may
abuse
the
leniency
of
the
company
but
for
loyal
customers
like
myself,
it
is
a
reason
we
spend
extra
here.
Well,
I
will
rethink
that
going
forward.
We
came
to
Pickering
Bath
and
Body
works
and
we
interacted
with
an
employee
named
Steph.
Steph
spoke
to
us
as
if
we
were
pariahs.
She
stated
that
the
policy
had
changed
and
that
it
no
longer
covered
things
like
"normal
wear
and
tear".
She
stated
that
the
$15
plug
ins
only
have
a
life
expectancy
of
6months
to
a
year
and
that
customers
are
expected
to
purchase
new
ones
each
time.
We've
asked
many
times
about
how
to
clean
them
to
prevent
wearing
out
and
we
are
always
told
they
can't
be
cleaned.
Steph
walked
us
over
to
the
wall
of
plug
ins
and
stated
that
they
no
longer
carried
the
one
we
had
(which
was
not
a
basic
plug
in)
and
our
only
option
was
a
basic
9$
plug
in.
She
then
stood
there
and
waited
for
us
to
pick
one,
like
we
were
going
to
shoplift
or
something.
It
was
myself
and
my
mother
by
the
way
shopping.
It
was
super
distasteful.
I
will
ABSOLUTELY
be
contacting
head
office
to
speak
with
someone
about
this
experience.
We
replaced
the
wallflower
plug
in
but
we
will
never
be
back
to
that
location.
