This is a company that will do anything to hold on to a sale! I purchased a samsung phone from Matthew Chan (nicest person ever!) on a plan for 2 years and was promised the trade in phone and plan was cancelled. Not Done! I was charged in full for the new phone and stil charged for the trade in phone (Matthew no longer works there...Go Figure). Fido Rep. contacted Niro, the manager, who insisted I had to cancel the plan myself. He also told the Rep. he promised to compensate me for the mistake. That horrible man just lied to save his skin! He should never be in business and no one should buy from this 'fly by night' company! They don't honour their promises and put the onus on the customer the get it done So They Can Make A Sale!

Pickering location wow I signed a contract for two years with fido .I have yet to see my credit for $48.00 dollars all because wow did not put in the code . So fido know tells me it is impossible to give me the credit because he was way back in Dec 2920. Not pleased with wows services.

purchased a business phone plan from here yesterday and I cannot make or receive calls. Obviously, a review was not my first course of action, however, as I sit here at my NEIGHBOURS HOUSE MAKING THIS CALL, the big brained staff continues to pick up the phone and hang up. Absolutely brutal. Expect a complaint from head office. I’d leave my number for your manager to call me back directly BUT I AM UNREACHABLE THANKS TO YOUR FANTASTIC JOB AT FAILING TO COMPLETE THE BARE MINIMUM.
