Purolator's
Incompetence
and
Lack
of
Accountability
Review:
I
am
writing
this
scathing
review
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
and
frustration
with
Purolator's
services.
I
recently
posted
a
package
on
December
1st,
which
cost
me
a
whopping
$563
for
a
3-pound
package
going
internationally
to
Columbia.
However,
I
was
fortunate
enough
to
utilize
a
50%
off
coupon,
which
brought
the
final
price
down
to
$254.58.
Upon
visiting
the
Pickering
location,
I
diligently
filled
out
all
the
necessary
information
and
was
assured
that
my
parcel
would
be
delivered
within
five
days.
However,
to
my
dismay,
the
package
was
not
delivered
until
the
sixth
day.
But
that's
not
even
the
worst
part
-
the
person
delivering
the
parcel
had
the
audacity
to
ask
for
payment
upon
delivery!
Nowhere
was
I
informed
by
Purolator
that
I
needed
to
pay
an
additional
fee
when
the
package
was
delivered.
After
already
shelling
out
$254
for
a
measly
3-pound
package,
this
unexpected
demand
for
payment
was
absolutely
outrageous
and
unacceptable.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
it
is
now
December
9th,
and
my
package
still
hasn't
been
delivered.
I
have
spoken
to
four
different
individuals
at
Purolator,
and
each
one
of
them
has
shown
a
complete
lack
of
accountability
and
willingness
to
take
responsibility
for
the
package
not
being
delivered.
I
implore
you,
dear
readers,
to
not
make
the
same
mistake
I
did
by
entrusting
your
valuable
packages
to
Purolator.
Save
yourself
the
headache,
frustration,
and
exorbitant
costs.
Instead,
consider
alternative
options
such
as
purchasing
a
plane
ticket,
which
may
actually
prove
to
be
cheaper
and
more
reliable.
Purolator,
you
have
failed
miserably
in
providing
the
basic
service
that
your
customers
expect.
Your
incompetence,
lack
of
transparency,
and
refusal
to
take
responsibility
for
your
mistakes
are
simply
unacceptable.
I
will
never
use
your
services
again,
and
I
strongly
advise
others
to
do
the
same.
