From making the reservation to checking in and getting our storage locker everything has been fantastic. I appreciated that the agent I spoke to took the time to explain the sizes and looked for the best price and availability. When we checked in for our locker it was smooth,clear and efficient when going over the contract. Getting in and out of the facility has been easy. The entire property is clean and secure with great music. We are very happy.

I recently purchased a used 48’ trailer. The whole transaction when very well. The staff was great to walk to with and very helpful. Don’t let the dirt road and site layout discourage you, you can get a good product and good service from them. I recommend.

Grease from the garage door damaged my furniture and rat ate my clothes and shoes. No action taken and when I asked for my fabric couch to be cleaned at bare minimum. They instead blamed me for not getting insurance which was not offered when deposit was taken and after a month my calls went unanswered.
