I just had a really good experience getting my phone repaired at this location. There was a problem with my phones charging port and after visiting all the phone repair stores in the pickering town centre this store provided me with excellent welcoming service and they were very fast fixing the problem. The lady at the desk was very nice and efficient working on my phone. I would defenitly go back to this location again

I experienced exceptional service at Cellspoint. The customer service was very friendly. Zain was very helpful and was able to recommend the right product for me.

I bought a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) phone from Best Buy but once I bought the new battery, I quickly learned that no one wanted to change it for me. I had tried changing the battery myself, but struggled (greatly) so I soon seeked out help from a professional. I went back to Best Buy and they told me to check the phone kiosks at Pickering mall. I went to nearly every phone kiosk at the mall and they all told me to go to Mobile Klinik. Mobile Klinik told me that they could lose their license because I had a Samsung and wished me luck changing it myself. It was only when I checked a Fido kiosk that a worker told me to go to Cellspoint across from Shopper's in the mall. Thankfully, Cellspoint charged me 35 dollars plus tax and I had my phone battery changed within less than 2 hours after dropping it off. I am so grateful that I was helped and recommend anyone who needs repairs on electronics to go to Cellspoint. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
