I’ve used Moores clothing in the past and service was exceptional. This time the service was beyond the worst I’ve ever experienced. 1. The sales associates do not give you any attention 2. You can wonder the store for a while and still not one of the 5 I saw would offer assistance. 3. When you do ask them a question, their responses clearly indicates you’re bothering them and they don’t have the time for questions. 3. I even over heard them complaining that they should be having a relaxed day but the store is busy and they “actually have to work to be paid today “. 4. They poorly represent the brand which will slowly if not already had began to be their undoing. 5. I don’t see why it takes 2-4 associate to help one customer, there is a lack of managment present on the floor and staff operate in a manner that is rude and unapproachable. 6. I took my sale to another clothing store and ended spending $3200 for clothes for me and my kids. Keep up the good work you’re are definitely going places with that work ethic and culture.

We called to book an appointment with this place for suit rentals for a group of men for a wedding in August. Man on the phone told us it was perfect timing, they would fit them and have them come back a few weeks before the event to ensure there was no difference in sizing. When we arrived we were met with a sales representative who clearly couldn't be bothered. Nothing was tried on, nothing was put together to show colours or style options. He literally had the groom point to a picture of something he might like and told everyone to come back in July. So frustrating when we worked had to coordinate everyone's schedules to come in and do a proper suit shopping. This isn't our first wedding party so we know this is not how its done. We left the store and called moores ajax. They told us to come on over and they were amazing! Spent an hour and a half with us trying on styles, measuring, creating colour and style combos. Very disappointed with Moores Pickering but glad we found Moores Ajax instead

Service was great, the tailoring was far from it. When paying upwards of $800 for a full custom suit I’d expect the suit to fit on point. I’ve had better fit suits with off the shelf suits for far cheaper prices. After the first fitting it was noted for some adjustments. Went to pick up the suits and the tailoring wasn’t even made on the blazer.

I needed a suit rental for my son’s communion with only 2 weeks notice. The staff were very helpful, polite and respectful to both myself and my son. There was a slight misunderstanding with the colour of the suit, I realized when we picked it up, and Tina the store manager made it right for us. She went above and beyond to correct the situation and was able to get the correct items for us (was actually a complimentary upgrade) THE NEXT DAY!!! thank you so much to Tina and your staff for the exceptional customer service. We will spread the word, and will be return customers for sure!

garbage service . I went their today for some shopping when it was open and i was looking the coats one sale person with glasses i think he is manager may be he said store closed rudely you have to go out when i saw on the entrance OPEN sign still their i said if you are closed you should close the door no buddy get in … bad experience never ever go this location rude staff. They should have to educate staff how to treat Customers

Very knowledgeable staff. I went in there today. The man knew my measurements after taking one quick look at me(they took my measurements later). He was very good at his job and I definitely recommend this place for a quality suit and a quality experience.

Great store here, very good staff, not pushy, good selection of suits, jackets and accessories.

I must give a big shoutout to Hamza, Shante, and the rest of the Moores team at Brock road, hats off to them. The team here is amazing. Very helpful, informative, outgoing and friendly. This should be the standard of customer service at all retail stores let alone men’s suiting establishments. My go-to Moores location from now on.

Went in today with my husband and son to get fitted for suits for our daughter’s wedding. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us. It was also great that it didn’t take too long. Thanks!!

Worker lied about customer suits. Told me i had to buy the most expensive option. Lied about the prices too, it was cheaper from another Moores. Not coming back again if the same worker is there

The manager on duty, shanté, was amazing and helped me and my brother through the whole process of finding suits. She was very fun to talk to and full of energy the whole time. Truly, a pleasure to work with!

The girl works here is rude but the guy is nicer, he is helpful and polite but the girl had coffee and headphone on and she would only say hi if there were whites not me as i m asian

This place is awesome. I've been to a couple of Moores. But, this place takes the crown. Michael Nolan got us an amazing deal on 2 suits, shirts and ties. And genuinely he tried his best to help us out. Moores, take note... Michael is awesome at what he does. People like him would help you sell tons of suits....

I went in tonight needing a new suit for a wedding this weekend, and Trevor was a huge help getting me the style I wanted and the size I needed. I highly recommend going to see him for your suit needs

I met Trevor by chance when I was just shopping around and i’m glad I did. He helped me and my dad pick our custom-made suit for my wedding. He assisted me in choosing the color and fit I was going for and he also shared his knowledge about having minute details such as pant shirt grippers, pick stitch, slanted pockets, suspender buttons, thread color, ticket pockets, functional button holes,statement linings, etc. I never felt any type of pressure from him, he was very patient and he always listened to any concerns I might have had. If you rarely wear any type of suit like me, Trevor is your guy! Highly recommended.

NEVER shop here. The service has been absolutely terrible and upper management seems very incompetent. My fiancé ordered 4 pairs of navy blue pants for his groomsmen 3 months before our wedding and they could not give us an update on our order, or properly locate it once. They waited until ONE MONTH before our wedding to tell us that they cannot fulfill our order due to supply issues. The worst service I have ever experienced. Extremely disappointing.

Rented a suit for a wedding. The suit was ready and tailored perfectly (to my abnormal size), picked it up earlier than anticipated even though I did rent it late. Mani was a great help in making sure everything fits properly and helping me choose the perfect suit for my event. Also, he is a great person to get to know with his great jokes and people skills. Even though I am a younger person he still treated me like I was a respected adult which is uncommon. The pricing was a little bit pricey but well worth spending. Definitely coming back when I need to look dapper again. Thank you, Mani and the Moores team.
