It was nicely organized. Priced were a bit high, but that's expected. I loved that they had a sign to not disturb a bird that was nesting in one of the baskets.

Very good selection of plants. Everything a good gardener could need from tools, stone, ornaments, sand, all your grass needs,absolutely everything you would need.Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Lowe's garden centre had a nice selection of annual plants and perennials. The staff is always very helpful. When I went today a staff member actually asked if I needed help. I can't remember the last time that happened anywhere!

I love going to Lowe's.. they always do what is needed to accommodate their customers. In fact they sometimes go beyond what is expected.

I wanted some salt and sand bags from outside the store. The person on the cash had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up having to take a cart out front and then back into the store loaded down. Stand back in line and then pay. What is the proper procedure for making those purchases? Perhaps a sign would help. The inventory system also said the store had fine gravel in too. I covered the whole store, including the garden center, looking for it. Not a sole to be found in the store to ask. Very disappointing. I had to cross the street and go to Canadian Tire for the gravel. Very disappointing day trying to shop at Lowe's.

Everytime I come here I am always helped by the most amazing staff members. However I was just blown away by Jason who was so helpful and encouraging and knowledgeable about my humidifier tubing and valve. He really saved the day and it was such a reassuring experience. The staff at this location is always incredible. I am very appreciative.

Such great service at this location! I went in to purchase paint for a personal project and the staff were extremely helpful! Particularly David!! This team member saw that I was holding on to a lot of things, went out of his way and grabbed me a shopping cart. He was also very knowledgeable and professional! He made my visit to the store so easy. Generally I need a lot of help picking out items, but David was wonderful. Knew exactly what I needed and was very kind and willing to help. Thank you David!

Line up to get into the store moved quickly. Garden centre was well stocked and organized with one way lanes to ensure physical distancing. Staff were helpful and prices were reasonable especially if you want to buy Canadian!

Mr. Scott, worst manager with his bad attitude he behaves with me, I was talking with customer service staff and he close the chain and ask staff member to move forward, as u have done anything wrong for him, I asked for return and he behave with us badly and rudely, I felt that he was ignoring and not listening to us properly, high authority should take action against this rude personality

Kashish the cashier supervisor was not very helpful. Walmart had a product priced lower than Lowes as I was in the store and seen the item at Walmart and it's price. The price match process at Lowes is always a pain as they will do anything possible to ensure they don't need to honour a competitors price. Kashish had his staff check the Walmart site for the price and it showed the lower price in store, he didn't believe this so had his staff "call" and then said that the person who answered said their item was full price. He then said they go by what they hear and online and myself must be wrong. He was raising his voice which was not appreciated.

Worst customer service - Mr Scott ( manager ) / someone look in to the surveillance system on women day and see how he behaves with customer .

Very slow customer service desk. I had gone in to pick up and item I reserved to make the process quicker. Instead, it took 25 minutes for them to find the item they had reserved for me. I could have gone to the shelf and purchased it 10 times before they got this figured out. I will stick to Home Depot.

Staff were helpful. I left with everything I needed for my mini bathroom reno.

We have ordered a bunch of stuff of stuff from this Lowe's location. Plants , potting mix, cinder blocks, Storage shed, Craftsmen garage storage solutions cabinet & work bench combo etc. This is one of the large Lowes warehouses near our location , and usually we find stuff that we are looking for (that we can't find at Homedepot).

Lowe's Garden Center, just like the main store has cleaning and sanitizing procedures in place along with social distancing to keep you safe. Lots of products to keep your lawn and garden looking great and winterized and of course the main store has everything a handyperson or contractor needs to complete small or large projects. Ask a helpful associate if you can't find what you're looking for.

This review is for the Manager Nick. Absolutely no manners just a total jerk. The flooring specialist Tara was very kind and very helpful.Cashier Sammy is wonderful too!
