👍👍 My fiancé and I had a great workout. Watching the screens can be tough because the moves are in reverse from what you are watching but the instructors do a good job of walking around and correcting you. Pro tip: bring your own gloves and wraps if you have them. People often mention classes, class, great, instructors,

As someone who has struggled to stay consistent at a gym, I have finally met my perfect match at Mayweather. The gym itself is immaculate and has very high tech equipment. I love wearing my heart rate monitor during class and having it help dictate the effort I should be putting forth. The classes are fun and not intimidating AT ALL. You get a great workout in and it flies by! I think this is testament to their amazing group of instructors. Although the classes are busy, I always receive feedback about my form and receive one-on-one encouragement. They have a diverse variety of classes available, adding new ones to the schedule as our community grows. Every time I step into the ring, I feel like I’m there hanging out with my friends. It is not cliquey (like some boutique style gyms can be). I’ve never felt a community like this and I love the results my body is seeing and feeling just after a month of going 3 times a week. Cannot recommend enough!

One of the best fitness studios in the city of Pittsburgh! Great trainers and front desk staff that are not only warm and welcoming but also knowledgeable! I’ve already lost 3lbs 💪. I’ve taken Juan, Christine and Fran’s classes and all were a ton of fun with different fitness levels in all of them. Plus they have enough class times throughout the week I can find enough to fit my schedule and they said more will be added. If you like boxing or ever been interested in learning boxing and getting fit, this is a great workout place for sure!

Wow. I love to box and I gotta say, their classes are some of the best I’ve seen in Pittsburgh. Been to some other boxing clubs but instructors like, coach Francesco, we’re incredible. So friendly and first class was free! Not to mention the kids boxing is something I will DEFINITELY be bringing my son to. So happy to have this in Pittsburgh. Did I mention they validate parking!!!!

The classes require technique and skill, and they are well-rounded because they also incorporate strength training and cardio. There isn't a dull moment! There is also a good sense of camaraderie, and the instructors are energetic and *incredibly* positive. The studio takes it to another level because there is a genuine sense of care for their clients. All of the staff make it a point to know your name. They talk to you before and after class. There are added value classes that are above and beyond the usual weekly schedule; classes with a live DJ/mimosas/snacks, self defense classes, classes partnering with other local small businesses (darn it, I missed the SweatNet day!) And not to forget Passages and Punches, which speaks volumes about the values of the organization, and also brings people together on a higher level. I also have to mention the small but mighty little details like free bananas on National Banana Day! Thanks to the staff at Mayweather for all that you do for us!

This is the only gym that I've ever loved. Super community of members and the instructors are encouraging to ALL members. I started out with a free class to check it out, then thought I'd try it out for a month. After the first month, I'm committed. Just finished my second month of training and can already see the changes in my fitness level. Great variety of classes, and plenty of open gym time. For reference, I'm a middle age woman with some weight to lose, and this gym is helping me get to my goals. I've never felt like I don't belong here; the staff make an effort to know you name, and the gym is welcoming to all.
