Based on customer service alone, 5 stars. I called to ask a bunch of questions and ended up booking. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered me the best price over all the other places I've previously called. Free parking, early check in if room is available, and free cancellation if needed a few days ahead of my stay. I felt like I was talking to a friend.

I grew up thinking this must be a dump. My wife reserved a room there and I didn’t have high expectations. When we arrived we were greeted by the nicest people. The reception area was very clean and well decorated. Our room was so clean and everything was in perfect order. The room had everything we needed. The pool wasn’t huge but it served it’s purpose. Parking is free, an added bonus in hotels around Disneyland. We will definitely come back.

Room “appeared” to be clean and nice. My wife took her shoes off, big reveal. Her feet were black from walking across the room one time. We were in disbelief so we grabbed a towel and wiped the floor- one wipe and the towel was black. This is the result of someone not cleaning the floor for a really long time. This wasn’t just overlooked once warranting a pass. Took it to the front desk and asked the to please have someone clean our floor. We are still here, day 4 of our trip and the floor hasn’t been cleaned. All of socks are black as we refuse to walk bare footed in this overpriced hotel. They are taking advantage of families because of the location. JUST CLEAN THE ROOMS!!!! It really is the least you could do. I can only imagine the shortcuts they must take elsewhere considering they don’t clean the floors. Edit: after reading some of the “real” reviews many other people have talked about the floors not being clean. It’s my opinion that all the good reviews are not real.

Stayed here because of proximity to Disneyland but were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. Arrived to check-in a but earlier than planned but person who checked us in let us go straight to our room. Room was clean, recently updated, and big enough for our group. Beds were decently comfy. No breakfast (COVID) but coffee and tea were available at 6:30. We'd return.

This is a nice hotel with a great location if you are going to the convention center and Disneyland. 15 min walk to Disneyland. Right across the street from the convention center. Rooms have hard floors instead of carpet which is nice. The rooms also actually had liquid hand soap which you don't see too often.

I'd stay here again and recommend to others. Nicely located "behind" Disneyland's Carsland, it's w/in walking distance to entrance gates if you have no walking impediment (it is walk, but it's not exhausting) You don't have to cross big intersections, just the bus turn around. IHOP, Walgreens, &CVS are even closer. (Everything is pricier though, so stop by your local CVS and bring it with you.) Located across the street from Convention Center. No breakfast: Only coffee, tea, cocoa, and water (not bottled) in the lobby. Pool is outside to side of parking lot. No hot tub. Small parking lot would stress me but if I had had to park, but a more expert parker in our group handled it much better than I would have. Property was clean, quiet, well maintained and felt safe. Rooms were very clean and modern. Hot water and AC/heater worked well. I like the shampoo, body gel, lotion, hand soap dispensers over tiny bottles/bars. Tap water tasted good and not weird. Small fridge and microwave in room was convenient and useful. They restocked towels and took out trash daily w/o us requesting it, which is a first for us since pre-Covid We appreciated it greatly!

Stayed here for a trip to Disneyland and it worked out well for us. It was a small and simple room but it was exactly what we wanted: clean, affordable, and within walking distance to Disney. If you’re just looking for a place to rest your head while going to one of the parks, this is it! No frills or free breakfast but perfect for what we needed! My only feedback would be the lights outside, while super helpful when coming in late, made our room a little too light at night. Also, it would have been nice if housekeeping made our beds. All in all though, it was great for us!!

My family & I recently stayed here for 6 nights for a 5 day visit to Disneyland & California Adventure. The hotel was clean, and a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the parks. My only complaint is how firm the beds are. The bed was so firm, it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. I did not get a good night sleep once during my stay. If you like firm beds, and are looking for a cheap, convenient place to stay, this is the hotel you want.

Great location if you are visiting Disneyland. Paah and Victor at the front desk were really helpful. Our room was very clean and our towels were changed daily which was great.

Price, cleanliness, location to Disney- yes, yes, yes!!! Everything you need, nothing you don’t! (Just be sure to pack all your toiletries, they go pretty basic here as most guests are only here for a night or two)

The perfect affordable hotel for a Disney trip. Had a ground floor room with car parking right in front, great if you have to unload. Room was basic but enough considering you are out most of the day. Good restaurant options at walking distance. Would definetly go back!

I did not get to stay as I tested positive for COVID this weekend, but Derrick made sure that my room was refunded and cancellation fee waived with no hassle and a lot of empathy. Great customer service and care, will be staying here on my upcoming trip in December because I’m sure that the hotel is a reflection of this experience.

Great Hotel for a budget! We went to Disneyland and it’s nice and short to walk. Great little cute hotel. Front desk is nice, rooms are clean and it is amazing! Thanks for the stay!

We love this place we stay when we come here it’s reasonable and you get a discount for the more times you stay there’s a 7-Eleven right around the corner and it’s a quick walk to the front gate of Disneyland. The people are super nice we stayed in the room that has the three double beds. It was great, everybody got their own bed 🎄❤️🤗 thanks👋 so much Alpine Inn we’ll see you next time!!!!

From our early check-in to our check-out the staff was friendly and informative. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was also amazingly close to the Disneyland. It was only a 10 minute walk. It was very quiet also. I highly recommend this place.

10 minutes to Disneyland gate. Reasonable prices and great service. Not super fancy but clean with upgraded linens. Coffee in the morning was great as well. This was our 2nd time and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Location location location... it's a motel... 15mins walking to Disney entrance. You can leave your car and not pay $25 for Disney parking. Rooms are stale and have loud neighboring kids crying. Could use a few photos on the walls - anything!Only tea and coffee in the morning. Staff is great. Room is clean. Served to sleep in but don't expect anything else.

Beds were comfy the room was not clean very good floors were dirty my grandson found an old apple under the dresser the bathroom wasn’t very clean either I brought my own cleaning stuff to clean and disinfect . Our phone didn’t work or the heater in the suite extra room. There where no decor on the walls just plain white walls the furniture was sticky there was paint on the furniture and floors . The location was good the front desk staff were nice I wouldn’t stay here again

5 Star Staff!!! Literally THE best staff I’ve ever encountered while traveling. They remember my name (granted… it’s uncommon…), but they greet me by name because they recognize my face also. I procrastinated on booking because I wasn’t sure about Covid and if I would make it, and I was too late! But, they called me and notified me of a cancellation! I immediately cancelled my other (last minute and frantic) booking elsewhere and snagged their reservation. I will always pick Alpine solely because they have free parking and amazing staff!! The rooms are clean and up to my standards for a one night stay while at Disneyland.

I’m not really sure where to start. We stayed there late March 2022. Our room was located upstairs in this weird sketchy dark little hallway away from the other rooms. It was close to the parks, which would be a plus but it was so close that the cars land rocks were literally right there out our window, we could hear the screams from the cars ride. Our room was extremely small and claustrophobic. It was mildly clean but we never even saw a maid once. We have two adults and two children in our family. We booked this room for our trip to Disneyland. Trying to get ready in this room was impossible. There weren’t many electrical outlets or counter space. The water pressure was so hard it literally hurt to touch and would splash everywhere, we had to be careful to just barely turn in the faucet. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this room for more than two people. The towels were so rough that it left a burn in my skin that I still have a scar months later. I can’t make this stuff up, I know that all of this sounds extremely picky but we’ve stayed at our fair share at cheaper hotels near Disneyland and definitely worst one.

My number one priorities when booking a hotel are cleanliness and quiet. After that location and amenities. I really went back and forth when deciding what hotel to book for our trip to Disneyland. There were closer hotels but I kept coming back to the Alpine Inn because of the great reviews especially about cleanliness. I was not disappointed! We stayed at the Alpine Inn for four nights. Our room was very clean. AND it was amazingly quiet. Honestly, I was surprised at how quiet it was. We went to bed fairly early each night we were there so we could be at the park early. We never heard a sound from other rooms or the parking lot. I did hear the Disneyland fireworks each night but I didn’t care. That added to the excitement of being at Disney. My entire family thought the beds were extremely comfortable. Some of the best hotel beds we have had. We all slept great. The hotel staff was also very friendly. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to the Disneyland entrance. The walk isn’t bad at all. But at the end of a long day at Disneyland I couldn’t help but look at some of the closer hotels and envy the shorter walk. BUT I wouldn’t trade the cleanliness and quiet for a shorter walk. Only other con is no breakfast was provided. Something, even a grab and go, would have been nice. But again this lack didn’t overshadow our otherwise great stay. We would definitively stay here again.

Great place to stay near Disneyland. It's within walking distance to the parks. Staff was very friendly. Will hold on to your bags if you need to check in early or check out so that you can go straight to the Disney Parks. My worse complaint is that beds are very stiff. So expect a stiff bed. Room was clean no issues there.

I've used this hotel twice and have no complaints. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The prices are reasonable. It's really close to Disneyland within walking distance. The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I have recommended this hotel to many of my friends and family.

I would 100 percent recommend Alpine Inn. Literally across the street from the Anaheim Convention Center and a short walk from Disneyland. Nice and clean rooms. The entire staff was extremely friendly but especially want to do a shout out to Parth. His kindness was a perfect way to start and end our trip. Definitely will be back.
