The staff made the pizza better than what it was. Pizza was okay nothing out of the ordinary from the build your own chains. However, this one had a special staff they laugh have fun and ensure that the customer has all their needs. They even upsell professionally which is rare. The efficiency of the place was top notch they don’t mess around. Place was super clean. There is one big issue but it has nothing to do with the establishment itself but the Costco gas pump is right next door so it made it really hard to get into their place waiting for a couple minutes just to park.

The food was amazing!! This was my first time eating here! The woman working named Katina was so helpful and kind. She really made me feel welcomed!! :)

it's rare that I give a food spot a 5 star rating but wow, what a spot! from the cleanliness, customer service, to the fresh ingredients, variety of toppings.. and those amazing lemonades...WHATS NOT TO LIKE? Make sure you get the pesto and fig dips!!! Special thank you to Q, the most amazing server/cashier for her top notch service. I shall return!

Service wise they did a good job. They answered questions and were very informative about their topings. Pizza was so bad, it tasted like toast or chips. They didn't know how to cook it. This will he first and last time I go to this pizza spot.

The workers here are fantastic. Even when it's super busy and stressed, they always have a smile on their face. The pizza is quick and delicious. I love the variety of options. They also have a good selection of drinks.

Fantastic!!! Our pizza maker was Toni. She was exceptional! She hustled to refill things (since it was busy) and still managed to do it quickly while managing to make our pizzas perfect. Everything was spread out evenly & the baker baked it perfectly as well. After paying we walked over to the manager, (Tashanda I believe, forgive me if I didn’t remember her name correctly 🙏) she was a phenomenal employee as well. She gave her kudos to Toni & thanked us for taking the time to recognize her employee’s dedication. She made us feel appreciated as customers. As we sat & ate, we observed her being just as phenomenal with other customers, too! The three girls on staff that day, made us feel at home. That meant a lot to me because I grew up in Monterey Park, I went to Schurr High School. I remember when that store area was nothing but dirt from the local Montebello dump. It was nice to stop in & see the progress of my home town & be welcomed back! Please thank those 3 girls for me & my family! They made my day & as a 25+ customer service expert myself, I recognize “Above & Beyond” when I see it & feel that kind of service deserves to be appreciated!

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and ready to take your order. The line moves fairly quickly no matter how long it gets. All the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Their drinks range from draft beer to lemonades and soft drinks. They have plenty of tables and a patio area. They also have an app with rewards that you can earn. I really enjoyed my pizza and salad. I'll be back.

I am on a low carb diet prescribed by my doctor in preparation for gastric bypass surgery. I have found this as a fun option for eating a enjoyable meal that meets my dietary requirements right now and all I had to do was treat the crust as if it was the plate... Be sure to tell whoever help you what's your motivation is and it seems to loosen them on being more generous with the toppings. Have fun and enjoy. Cheers

I’m not a huge fan of pizza but this one was very tasty. This place is definitely better than pieology. I enjoyed their drinks as well, I mixed the unsweetened black tea and the lemonade and it was delicious. Their no name and pumpkin spice cakes were also very good.

If you order takeout make sure you order 10 minutes early on the expected time slot during the lunch / dinner rush! So I ordered takeout through the app & I put 6:30 in the selected time slot so I arrived 10 minutes early when I went in I just wanted to check to see if my pizza was ready. [because some places will have your food ready a little earlier just to make sure that it's on time!] (which I understand I was 10 minutes early) When I asked is my food ready or is it in the oven.. The counterperson replied: "oh your 10 minutes early it's not ready yet." The thing that made me turn my head was the way he replied was not very customer service "like friendly" don't take me wrong he wasn't being a**hole about it it just the way he replied to my question! Like if he was shifting the blame like "oh you're 10 minutes early you shouldn't be here" is the impression I felt when I went to go check on my food. If he would have replied like this then I don't think I would question my visit.. "Hey, I'm sorry your food's not ready yet if you would like to take a seat 🪑 it should only be couple more minutes. 🙂" Then my visit would have been fine! not trying to make a big deal out of this I'm just saying people need to be weary of what is said / words presented sometimes! Anyways the food was good 😋! place was clean 🫧!

always fresh, always clean. the staff is friendly. pizza sauce is really good. my family eats here probably every other week!

They made my order wrong, and then they seemed bothered at the fact that THEY made my order wrong. When they remade my salad, they still added toppings that did not go with that salad. Can't believe I tipped them at the register. Lesson learned: Never tip at places that ask you to tip before you even get your food.
