This place is the worst Medical facility I have ever been to. Medical attention is artificial and wait times are never 30 minutes, minimum wait for a urine test is 1 hr. And careful with the tatted red head at the front desk (bad hair dye) this person should not deal with patients at all. She is beyond rude and always angry, comes through as a mean malicious person . I spent two hours here with no medical attention just a vague consultation!! It's a dirty facility and and once again medical attention is artificial, bare, no real care for the patients in other words it's not really a medical facility it's a business that collects insurance money!!!! SAD!!!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR DRUG TEST I could not speak for other services. But I came for the urine drug screen only because it's the closest location with availability. Yes, they're open 24 hours and accept walk-in. BUT, what they don't tell you is that the wait could be HOURS for a drug screen. Since they offer other services, such as physical/ health screenings, which could take up to 30 minutes each person, if there are 3-4 people ahead you, that'd be a minimal 2 hours wait. Please save your time and go to an actual Quest Diagnostic site with an appointment!

If i could give negative stars, i would. This "medical facility" is the filthiest place i have ever seen in my life! I have the tendency to lift the toilet seat every time i urinate and this is what i see. Why not clean this restroom constantly? Personally, i firmly believe that this is place is putting the people that come here in a serious health risk.

Do not go here. It took 3.5 hours to get a drug test and physical done. Staff members are curt and incredibly rude. The receptionist misplaced a form I filled out (with very sensitive information on it) and directed me to just fill out my name on the new form she printed out for me, only to tell me later to fill out the rest. I was walking in and out repeatedly bc they don’t allow you to wait in the waiting area, and forgot to have me sign additional forms. Never coming back here again.

Horrible place. People are nice, but they keep you waiting in the exam room for hours. I mean hours. Why don't they hire more doctors or let you know it will be about 4 hours to be seen? Do not come here for worker's comp exam unless you have a ton of patience.

Terrible staff who will threaten you with calling your future employer and give them an awful report about you if you get on their bad side.

My experience here wasn't awful. I went in for a pre-employment drug screen, physical, etc. Arrived on a Tuesday morning around 8:50am and was out the door by 11am or so. This pre-employment process always takes 1.5-3 hours everywhere I have ever gone, so I am not sure why the reviews here are so intense, this is normal. Facility was clean and staff was friendly enough. Not sure why it is being reviewed so badly.

Do not come here for a drug test. You can’t make an appointment so they give priority to other patients who come in (which is fair, but not helpful for people who need other work done). You’re waiting hours and don’t know when you’ll be called. Can’t wait inside either. I’ve needed to use the bathroom for a couple hours now and hoping I can hold it until I’m called. Find another place where you can make an appointment if you can.

Do not come here for drug tests. Don’t come here for anything. I wouldn’t bring a dying animal here. You have a better chance of getting medical care in a battle field of Benghazi. Rude blonde nurse lady and by the looks of it they don’t drug test their own staff LOL a 5 minute pee in a cup will result in a 4-6 hour wait. I rather die outside.

You will be here for hours if you come here. 1.5-4 hrs. And the employees are mean for no reason bro🥴😂🤦‍♂️😒 or seem irritated... this place should be illegal 🤣💀. Been here 3x for just a urine pre-employment test. Hourssssss bro. Just to pee in a cup. When i go to other places, im literally in and out. Its just principal bro. I hope this place loses business from the bottom of my heart. Ask your company if youre being tested by quest diagnostics which is the laboratory before coming here so you can go some where else 🙏 Oh and you have to wait outside

Took 3 hours to get a drug test. Do not come here they are severely understaffed. Please don’t get mad at the staff either they’re doing their best. Who ever is the manager is at fault.

Very bad attitude of the receptionist who receives the papers for the drug test. Very rude, she asked me to go out on the street because according to Ella she did not have room for more people. when I noticed that there were several empty seats. She literally tried to kick me out of the building by throwing my documents on the table. That's Horrible treatment

I came in tonight been here total of 45min. Was work related i took a test seen doctor. Sara Torres was very nice as well as the doctor. Overall good experience.

This has to be the worst place I ever attended. There is no second opinion allowed on their diagnosis even when there is medical proof ( ultra sound or mri) that contradicts their opinion. There is mis representation of their doctor stating he is a specialist when in fact checking his credentials indicates otherwise ( family practice). They will eyeball a diagnosis and their opinion is the only thing that matters. This place is thirsty for business. Times must be hard

This place is absolutely a headache to get tested at. Try to avoid. They literally dont want to do their jobs and make something so simple as doing a drug test feel so complicated.

Came to this location for a work injury. I received fast and efficient service. Annette Garica was very kind, helpful and informative. Thank you for the great doctor's visit.

Do not come here, if your job or the job you’re applying to has other options to do a drug test ask if you can go to another place. They’ll have you wait 5+ hours to do a simple urine test. Been here 2 times. It’s a waste of time. Take the day off if you’re going

One of the worst experience. Expect to be here at least 5 hours. Unkind undriendly unpolite and unpressional. The recepcionist was rude. They take forever to help you

Well I came @9 thought I gave my self enough time but I guess not. Been waiting. My haircut appointment was @11 I guess I'll keep waiting. Horrible

The doctor was horrible to my daughter. He discriminated her and did not assist her professionally. This doctor should not be working with people.
