Great place to stay. Just below l’abbazia di montecassino. Nice and quite. Clean and friendly. Super restaurant for evenings and nice breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend for families traveling between north and south of Italy that need a night stop on there way.

I was in this structure for a birthday party, the location is very nice. The garden is well maintained. Great food and service. I recommend it for a simple dinner or for a party.

Il Pioppeto is a beautiful family-run place close to the downtown area of Cassino. Our apartment was very cute and comfortable, decorated in an Alpine style. The bedroom and bath were located up a spiral stairway from the sitting room/kitchen. The restaurant on-site was closed for the season, but we were directed by the proprietor to a lovely restaurant in town. Breakfast was delicious and fortifying, in a lovely breakfast room in the main building. There is also a small bar where we ordered an early evening drink. We wish we'd had more time to spend at Il Pioppeto; we would have liked to sit outside and enjoy the view, but it rained while we were there.

Lovely property and would be great for events like a wedding or large party. Open event room with sunlight and plenty of space.

We enjoyed our one night here, very peaceful and comfortable. We booked two rooms, one of which could not receive internet, but both rooms clean & cosy. Host gave us a great restaurant recommendation in town.

Nice place. It deserves 5 stars even if we stayed one night only. Room comfortable and clean. The manager is a kind person. Relaxing place with romantic sight on the countryside .

My wife and I stayed for one night in June, 2022 on our way back to Roma after a few days in Amalfi. What a pleasant surprise. Nice, clean basic room, an excellent meal on a beautiful relaxing outdoor patio. I would recommend Il Pioppeto as a great alternative to the usual name brand hotel.

I don't even know how to start. Literally some of the kindest people I have ever met. As a young black male (sorry to bring it up) , I was treated as one of their own grandkids with kindness and meals. They insisted on free rides to anywhere in the city I wanted, and at the end they drove me and took me to the train station. I wish I could give 10 stars. God bless you all if you read this review!!

Im Restaurant Il Pioppeto gibt es täglich ein Menu und sonst eine tolle Auswahl von der Karte. Essen mit toller Qualität und super Geschmack. Das Personal spricht auch englisch und ist absolut freundlich und professionell. Wir kommen immer wieder hierhin.
