shouldn't
get
an
attitude
with
customers
who
are
waiting
on
over
3,000$
worth
of
product
and
haven't
received
it
by
the
date
they
were
told.
Have
better
customer
service
or
don't
work
in
the
field.
As
far
as
quality
goes
I
just
dumped
800+$
to
replace
a
diamond
that
fell
out
7
months
after
having
my
jewelry,
less
than
a
year
of
wear.
Will
not
be
purchasing
anything
else
from
this
store.
When
I
showed
up
to
replace
my
diamond
after
6
months
of
waiting
for
the
the
extra
money
to
save
up
the
women
inside
says
with
a
snarky
tone
"you
haven't
fixed
that
yet"
are
you
kidding
me?
Who
says
something
like
that
in
the
middle
of
an
economic
downturn.
Disgusted
won't
return,
my
husband
will
be
by
to
retrieve
our
things
once
it's
actually
there.
Highly
recommend
shopping
elsewhere.
UPDATE-
brought
my
ring
to
be
repaired
AGAIN
after
they
damaged
it.
It's
been
about
two
weeks
again
were
past
the
"promise
date"
I
call
everyday
for
answers
and
get
absolutely
nothing.
The
worst
buisnes
I've
ever
had.
Absolutely
disgusted.
"Multimillion
dollar
company"
taking
advantage
of
its
customers
at
its
finest.
Don't
waste
your
time
or
money.
UPDATE
this
is
now
their
third
attempt
to
fix
my
ring
that
they
made
worse.
Still
no
answers.
Still
no
compensation.
Just
a
God
awful
business
taking
money
and
giving
empty
promises.
