If I could give 100 stars I would! On the day when my fiancé proposed my ring was WAY too small. Like got stuck on my finger and wouldn’t come off small (my fault for telling him the wrong size). I was about to go to the ER to get it cut off when I called the jeweler to see if they had any suggestions. Robin was so kind and told me to come in right away and he’d take care of it even though they were closing in five minutes. He cut the band off and replaced it for free and assured me that it would all be okay and I’d have my ring for my engagement dinner. He had it ready within an hour and resized it the following week when the swelling had subsided 😂 We went back to him for wedding bands and he was just as helpful as always. Very communicative and so kind! Highly recommend. The same goes for all of the staff at Diamond’s Choice.

They are the owners and provide a very relaxed atmosphere giving great suggestions without pressuring you into a piece that you would later be unhappy with. Engagement ring success! I had been researching online and was going to buy from a online retailer however, my girlfriend suggested we stop in and get some guidance. Best decision we made! Robin was awesome in educating us on what options we had based on our budget. We visited 2 times and got all our questions answered before proceeding to place the order. I was very happy with the final product. I proposed and my fiancé was elated to see the ring finally. Robin and the staff made us feel welcomed. I had read some great reviews for Diamonds Choice and I was certainly not disappointed. Robin worked with me and walked me through some options for the diamond pendant necklace that I wanted to purchase for my wife. In 2006 my husband went on a quest to find a beautiful ring in celebration of our 20th Wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful experience purchasing a wedding band. They took the time to work with my wife (yes I'm late getting one) on finding the perfect ring to complement her engagement ring. The service is what I would expect from a close family member who is an expert jeweler and the selection is what I expect from a large city.
