The property is very old and outdated. We stayed In a 2 bedroom unit ( #511). The bed in the master was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows felt as though they had golf balls inside they were so lumpy. The hot water did not work for more than 5 minutes and the water pressure was so bad I could not even wash my hair. The cleaning people need to focus on scrubbing the tile and getting the mold off of it. For the price the TV and tech in the room are very outdate. In this day and time I would expected all places to have smart TV’s with the ability to access streaming services.

We are time share owners at holiday inn club vacations. Overall we enjoyed our visit. The property is older but well maintained. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need to cook a meal or do laundry. They have a small store to buy items if you don't want to run to the grocery store. The indoor pool, exercise room and hot tub were nice on the rainy days. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were nice on the cool sunny days after hiking. There is an indoor water park that is for younger kiddos that looks fun. The location is top notch, close to all of the action of the downtown restaurants and shopping.

So basically this program is a scam. I’ve been staying in Holiday inn every time I travel. And I have booked more than a 100 nights in 2023. One day I reviewed this call from them saying that I’m a good customer and they offered me a discount vacation stay for $295. I was cool with that and planned a vacation to Smokey mountain TN. When I got there they charged taxes for staying and I was cool with that too. The front desk employee said that I’ve to go to some meeting to hear about their time share program and they’ll give me about $300 cash back. But I’ve to go there with my family!!! I was wondering why they want them with me ?! Any way I told the employee that I can’t bring them with me. He said then you won’t be able to get the cash back. And I’m fine with that too. The hotel is absolute garbage. Broken fridge and broken coffee machine. I checked out and they charged me another $660 !!! They are scammers and I’ll make sure to report that to everyone I know. They just want to sell you Air. Don’t fall for that. You can plan your vacation at any hotel you want. Pay the right price for the right clean place. I’ll make sure not to be at any hotel they have . I’ll make sure that my friends and family not to step a foot in their hotels.

As a Signature owner I am highly annoyed and disappointed. Our room was not properly cleaned, and damaged items EVERYWHERE! Upon entering the Signature Collection entrance the entire hallway reeked of weed- the guests staying next to us were incredibly loud past 2am. Garbage disposal didn’t work, room phone didn’t work, lights in the kitchen weren’t working, the dining table and coffee table were FILTHY with stuck on food and finger prints everywhere- there was food and drinks left from the previous guest in the wine fridge, the curtains in the master were ripped… For the amount of money we pay this experience was such a let down. Great location though.

We were offered a stay to watch the timeshare presentation and given the impression we were staying at the Holiday Club Vacations resort. We were very excited for all the amenities. But we found out we were booked to the Holiday inn express resort next door.... No hot tub, no access to the club amenities. We were there for our our 20 yr anniversary.
