Upon entering the receptionist greeted me by name and ask about my husband (personal touch) I arrived early my wait was minimal once in the back my hygienist Rene was and always is amazing (once again a personal touch) Rene asked about my mom who lived out of state unknown to her my mom passed one day after my last appointment, but Rene remembered my mom had been sick ( touched my heart) Dr Bird is always professional, pleasant and informative. I was in EXTREM PAIN from a broken tooth and absess. I was not able to sleep , made my apt. at 1am the same morning was able to be seen at 8am the same morning. She was able to pull the tooth and get me back on my way within an hour and pain free. I can't thank Southern Dental enough

I have always struggled with going to the dentist and the first two times coming to see dr. Byrd I was in a panic! However, she was great! After getting my crown and six fillings I can honestly say she and her crew made me feel comfortable and calmed all my nerves! Also, I LOVE THE WAY MY TEETH LOOK AND FEEL! I lie on that chair tensed up like I am getting a root canal. Today was just my 6 month clean I love Jamie she is so careful, thorough and easy to talk to to. Great experience you guys care so much, grateful for that.
