I catered a lunch that was supposed arrive at 11am. The store confirmed the order. By 12pm, no food and it took until 1pm to get in touch with the store because they didn't answer their phone for an hour. I was told the driver ran into heavy traffic but the food was JUST delivered.... nope no food. Lunch is now over and I have hungry and annoyed customers. I would have understood any reasonable reason for this screw-up- employee shortage, supply chain issues... anything but I was lied to saying the food was delivered. I embarrassingly explained to my hungry customers that I will make this up and I profusely apologized. I left the hungry customers at 1:10pm..... food should have been there at 11am. Miraculously, the food arrived at 2:30pm. This is the place to cater if you want to be lied to, embarrassed and lose business.

Order spiral half ham for thanksgiving and it was not only burnt but there was no honey glaze. Also order the cheesecake and there was a handprint on it when I took it out the box. Have pictures that will be posted on google reviews. Thanks for ruining my thanksgiving dinner!!!!!!! Check the inside of your order before you leave the store.

GM Pamela was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Enlighten me on upcoming sale items and provided me with menu to go. It was almost closing time but was treated as I was the first customer for today.

I was here picking up a catering order which was supposed to be ready at 10 and because the manager Jackie was not properly prepared and didn’t come in on time . I confirmed that the order was supposed to be ready at 10 with the catering company . Manager was very unprofessional I would not refer anyone to shop at this location. Dissatisfied with my experience here. Lastly after delivering the order to the company that placed the order they made me aware that the store blamed the late order on me. I was clearly there on time. 🤦‍♀️. This company really needs to evaluate the people they put in management and start doing pop up visits to their restaurants to actually see what is really going on at their restaurants and how they’re being ran into the ground by lazy unprofessional employees.

We love the honey baked TURKEY. It’s pre sliced. So good and convenient especially through the week with games; you can make a quick sandwich. The people were so nice. When walking in they greeted us. And suggested other items. This is the Olive Branch location

It's gross bitting into a sandwich and finding something that shouldn't be there. I bite into an onion peel skin. Ruin the whole sandwich.

Good food. Good service. A rare combination in today's America. Is not just ham on Easter guys. They sell great fresh sandwiches. The tavern club is big enough to choke a horse.

Update to a post I made a week or so ago. The manager, Mike, reached out to me and welcomed me to come back. He made it right and made a perfectly delicious sandwich. Thank you Mike.

I preordered and they were so organized so I was in and out. As always the ham was such a big hit. I am doing one for our school luncheon and Christmas.

We preordered an order for turkey, ham, and macaroni and scheduled a pickup for the day before Thanksgiving. I knew it was going to be busy, obviously. What I didn’t know was going to happen was a line of people around the building. But I definitely understand that can happen the day before Thanksgiving and just got in line with everyone else. The manager(s) and employees were very patient and polite through the entire process. They went as quick as possible and did their best with the situation.

Be careful hiring Sandra. She will ruin your business reputation! She put her hands on me at my other job and is not the nice person she is pretending to be.

Today it was not crowded which made the experience extra good. Customer service was excellent and the place was immaculate!

Normally, it's super packed around the holidays, and the line is out the door, but fortunately I walked straight into the store a couple of days early around Christmas. Staff is super friendly if that's saying much since they don't interact with the customers for a long time. They're busy trying to get ppl in and out. Love how they allow you to choose exactly what you want.

I recently purchased a sandwich tray, chips, and potato salad at HoneyBaked Ham in Olive Branch for a Christmas gathering, after hearing about them on 107.5 radio. I was very impressed with the expeditious service Jackie and Lisa provided. They were very thoughtful in how they prepared everything and gave me what I needed, in addition to having a very friendly disposition. Highly recommend.

I placed a large order and Jackie took the time to understand and get the order correct. The food was delicious and the service even better. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
