This place is fast to get in for a reason...run away! This is the 2nd time these people have misdiagnosed me. Last time I went in there with shingles and they said it was an allergic reaction so after I spent 4 days taking the wrong medicine I went back in and had to tell them it was shingles so they sent me to a different doctor and she was like wow thats definitely shingles. Since they didnt treat it correctly I now have huge scars on my face. I reluctantly went back in telling them that I ate at Don Sol and I have had severe stomach cramping, fever, headaches for over a week and they just wanted to do a pee test and covid test then told me they had no idea what's wrong with me and sent me on my way. After 2 days of taking Bentyl that they prescribed I called and told them that my symptoms are spot on for a type of bacterial food poisoning called Shigella Gastroenteritis and I wanted to see if they can prescribe me an antibiotic like I wanted to begin with. She argued with me and told me that Shigella can only last 24-48 hours and that I needed to go to the ER if I'm not getting any better. I explained to her what Mayo Clinic has to say about it and she claims they are wrong...doubt it. I told her that it's pathetic that I should have to look up and diagnose myself correctly twice now and she said I shouldn't be diagnosing myself and I said well obviously you guys shouldn't either. Then she actually hung up on me...soo unprofessional!

The older lady named Joann? Screams patient info out for everyone in the lobby to hear and makes inappropriate comments about using peoples credit card Info to buy things!

J. Sharp was at the front desk and was unnecessarily rude, also the people in front of us told her they had Covid ten days ago and she let them come in and sit in the lobby with everyone else. Only to send them back out to their car 10 minutes later. Overall not pleased with her

First time being here and even with the paperwork I was in and out in an hour and a half. The new PA was very courteous, relaxed, professional, and made me feel that I was getting what I needed. When I had had a fever in the past I went to the ER and they tried to push a ton of unnecessary tests on me versus here where they understood that I know my body and could explain what's wrong without tests. And even better didn't laugh at me when I said I like using natural methods for dealing with health issues

Went there about a year and a half ago. Doctor was extremely rude and kindof impatient, but I thought whatever, paid my co-pay and moved on. Recently I got a letter in the mail basically saying that my insurance didn't cover what it was supposed to. Normally I wouldn't be mad about it, but not only did the person at the front desk said that the payment went thru when I was there, but the letter also said that they were trying to tell me I still owed them in MONTHLY STATEMENTS, which at most I've only seen 2 of these, which were directly after I had my appointment. So already annoyed with this, I go online to thier website to pay it. Both my computer and phone refused to open up their website because its unsecured. So finally I had to call and pay it over the phone. All in all this place has given me pretty lackluster service, and I wont be going back.

My experience was horrible. The PA was beyond rude. Lacking in bedside manors to say the least. He made my daughter feel very belittled. Will never go back as long as he is there. The receptionist and nurse were very kind. I could only imagine what they go through working with Les everyday. No I will not call him Mr/Doctor because he doesn't deserve that respect until he shows it to others.

Had a great experience when my 1 year old fell and needed stitches on his chin. Jeanie and Mindy were very helpful and calm. We highly recommend!

Why doesn't it say anything on Google that this is where Quest Diagnostics is located? She's wonderful, but it's very confusing to find.

This is hands down the filthiest medical facility I have ever been in. The PA that I saw was rude, unprofessional (wearing dirty jeans and a tattered sweater), had no ID on her and never even introduced herself. I only know her as Stacey, since that's the name the nurse that took me back referred to. "Stacey" ran me though like cattle, refused to even test me for the flu, even though I had all the symptoms. Stating it was past the window for treatment, which I get, but I still need to know if I'm positive since I work closely with the pubic and don't want to spread the flu to others, if I have it. But I'll never know now, do to the incompetence of the facilities staff. I'll never go back and advise others to pass this place by if you care about your health care, cause THEY DON'T!!!

My wife and I both really appreciate the center. Les is great! They have done right by us for sure. There is one receptionist that could be more friendly. We all have bad days, maybe I caught her on one of them and I'm sure they put up with a lot O junk from some folks. Danny Ward

I’m not sure of the name of the APRN that works there now, but she has been a pleasure to see the two times my daughter has been there. She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner.

I just had a procedure there with Dr. Nolan. She was amazing, gentle and sufficient. All the nurses and staff treated me with such compassion. The anesthesiologist Ron was amazing. I deal with severe anxiety and he did his best to keep me calm and even held my hand during the procedure.

I came in with fluid retention, severe back pain, nausea/vomiting. They ran a urine test, told me I may or may not have an infection/uti, then gave me a talk about COVID and told me to get tested for it. I was also told the back pain wasn’t related to any of my symptoms and was most likely muscular. Around 8 hours later I was rushed to the ER and found out I had a severe kidney infection.
