Today was my first time seeing Dr. Rosenfeld at New Town Dental. I called in this morning due to very intense tooth pain i had been experiencing while out of town for a few days. They booked me an appointment for 2 pm the same day. Which I am incredibly grateful for Staff is very friendly and welcoming and makes sure you are in a comfortable environment. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they accommodated me extremely well. 2 Teeth extractions done within an hour of coming in. Completely pain free and I was constantly checked on through the procedure when he noticed me tense up from me stressing myself out. Several hours after I left my appointment Dr. Rosenfeld personally text messaged me to check in with me on how i was doing. All in all this was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I have found my dentist and hope to help someone similar do the same.

I highly recommend New Town Dental. If you are looking for a new dentist or wanting to switch, this is the place to go to. Everyone is so welcoming from when you first walk in until the time you leave. They also put all my worries about going to the dentist at ease. Dr. Rosenfeld and the dental hygienists take their time explaining everything they are about to do. I wish I started coming here years ago.

Been going to this dentist for the past few years. The practice is located in a nice building in Owings Mills close to other shopping on the second floor (elevator or stair access). The dentist Dr. Rosenfeld is always attentive to the patient needs but is efficient in getting in and out so there is almost always no wait. I know there are a few hygienists but I always go with Shifra as she is very thorough doing a good cleaning while making sure I am brushing and flossing regularly and correctly. The office does a good job of sending text message reminders for confirming appointment. Overall very happy and no complaints, highly recommended!!

This is a wonderful dentist. Dr. Rosenfeld is wonderful! i had a wonderful experience here and am proud to be a patient of New Town Dental.

Jeremy Rosenfeld, his staff and Tae (hygienist) are , friendly competent professionals. They were very understanding and patient regarding my disability, and Dr Rosenfeld is the .most gentle dentist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, especially considering the fact that I did not use any anesthetic to numb my.mourh

I have had problems for months from my own dentist as I have subpar insurance through my job. I had to come to this office on emergency with a painful infected tooth. I have never been treated with more kindness, competence, and care until visiting this office. This Doc is awesome and even checked on me to insure I was ok after procedure. This reminds me of how Healthcare used to be.

Dr. Jeremy Rosenfeld and his staff are Amazing! I called today with an urgent dental issue and I they worked me in, and I was able to be seen within the hour. Dr. Rosenfeld recognized what the issue was and everything was resolved within 30 minutes. If you are searching for a reliable, caring, and compassionate dental office, your search is over. New Town Dental is the BEST!!!

Dr. Rosenfeld is caring and compassionate. He made sure I absolutely felt no pain and takes great care of his patients!!! I highly recommend him for his knowledge and excellent skills. The office staff is professional and pleasant. 10 out of 10!!!

This is a great dental office. Everyone has been so nice and reassuring. If an office has a good dentist but terrible office staff, it's frustrating. New town dental has both a good dentist and really nice staff.
