This place is all good vibes. They have some incredible design; beautiful, curated items and accessories for your home. The food and drink selection is really nice as well for a local coffee shop. This place is often busy with students studying and working. Now with the addition of the plant store next door, green neighbor, there are even more beautiful plants and plant accessories around.

Dolly agrees to that this place is such a vibe! If you’re looking for a quiet place to read, an intimate coffee date, or really just a bite to eat with alone time… this is your place. Ample seating (inside and out). Gorgeous decor. Lots of green life for the lungs. The staff was sooooooo friendly. They asked how we were doing. Greeted us upon arrival and we’re just overall welcoming. There’s super cute things to purchase like handmade candles, ceramic dish ware and incense just to name a few. There is also a green house and plant shop on top of the hill. It’s pretty darn amazing. The food for me was just okay. It’s giving an upgraded Starbucks type of vibe. Limited abilities in the kitchen so don’t always expect your sandwiched to be hot. My chai latte was also lukewarm. Tasty experience but just okay. Dolly and I will definitely be returning!

Good neighbor is a very cute and welcoming spot near The Avenue and Johns Hopkins for incredible coffee (or tea), home & lifestyle furnishings & goods, and plants you take care of and not 🌬 if you know what I mean haha. Today's order was an iced coffee for me and chai latte for my brother. Mine was pleasant and not bitter at all. My brother says his chai was also spot on. They're outdoor spot is just amazin, very accommodating, and pretty. I really like how they created the outdoor space here where folks can sit comfortably with their party or by themselves. I brought my goldendoodle with me and he loved the space too. Two paws up from him 🐶.

Great coffee in a cute environment! The extra garden and guesthouse are a cool bonus.

Four stars based on two visits: first visit was pleasant (drink quality was fine but not great), second visit one of the people I was with ordered the toast pictured below and it tasted unpleasant. Overall, customer service is good but not on par with a 5-star shop. Drink quality both times was not bad, but was also not on par with a 5-star shop. The vibe is definitely interesting with two somewhat competing themes going on, but still is a nice place to sit and do some work or hangout with friends (thus my 4-star review). This is still a pretty good shop and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed as long as you’re not anticipating a 5-star experience in terms of quality and service.

This is one of the most unique cafes I've been to in a while. They seem to have captured the aesthetic of what it means to be a hidden gem. It is a definite must visit if you're from around the hampden area. I stayed here for a few hours to complete some work and enjoy the ambiance. They offer free zines and many places to sit. There were not many outlets accessible though, so make sure your devices are charged when you get here. Food was amazing as well. I got a vanilla latte with whole milk and their Paneer Chili Sandwich. The latte came out at the perfect temperature. The Paneer Chili sandwich was awesome too, the cheesy taste was not overwhelming like other sandwiches tend to be. I hope to visit again with more people, to not only explore the other options on the menu, but the other little houses in the vicinity.

Love the place! Will be back. Picked up candles, an AMAZING latte and 2 nice plants from the greenhouse. They were really busy but service was excellent and I felt very welcome in the well decorated and well lit, inclusive space. The only recommendation I would have is to either turn down the music or play something more chill lol… otherwise, awesome place and vibe!

Such a cool little shop! Excellent coffee and tea selection as well as toasts/food. They also have a cool assortment of glassware, candles, and such. It was busy when we were there, but the service was still fast and kind! I also love that they have a large outdoor space. I got the Spring Sunrise drink when I went and it was delicious! I’ll be back!

This coffee shop is one of my favorites when I'm in town. In the winter, this shop is extra cozy and warm. The latte and cappuccino were very tasty, and the sandwiches were extremely good. Highly recommend their Orange Tarragon (OT) Latte. Their chickpea tuna flat sandwich was really tasty, and it was a great vegetarian option for lunch. The baristas were very friendly, and they carefully hand wrapped a mug we purchased as a gift with lots of care and thoughtfulness.

Excellent atmosphere. Great service. Alright food. Spent my Saturday lunch at Good Neighor. The earthly ambiance of the cafe really warms you up when you walk in. The service was friendly with a bright smile. My seasonal soup(8$) was tasty, but too heavy on the spice. Hard to taste the variety of ingredients with it being so spicy. All-in-all, would recommend to a friend!

This coffee shop was incredible! I ordered the Japanese style iced coffee (brewed cold, I was told) and it was very flavorful. The shop seemed chill and I wish I had more time to enjoy the ambience. The store items looked high quality and well chosen. Definitely worth a visit!

Coffee game 10/10. They weigh every dose in and out and do perfect prep. You can expect great espresso here. The attention to detail on everything they serve is unlike any other coffee shop I’ve been to other than Switzerland. You can tell they believe in only serving a quality product. Atmosphere and the patio are incredible too. Whoever is in charge of this place did a grand slam. To all other coffee shops, takes notes.

Good Neighbor is our go to spot. We drink our coffee in the morning there. Shop for gifts in person and online for pretty much every gift, home furnishing, plants, and more. We’ve met some of out closest friends. Been to incredible events from hosting private party's to live music/poetry. Good Neighbor brings Baltimore a special community. I am so grateful for Good Neighbor.

The Good Neighbor equals Good Coffee. When I walked in it transported me to one of those coffee shops in LA art district. I love it. What a beautiful spot and it's here in Baltimore. PS: try Sweet Tart Toast with a Cortado. (Toast about $4-5 pricey for what it is but the coffee is really good). (Only negative part is the parking. This cafe is right on Falls Road so it's hard to find close parking. They do have 2 or 3 spots in front but Goodluck with that. )

One of the best redeyes I’ve had! Great flavor and you can tell the use good beans. Cute shop with plenty of seating and gorgeous mugs and vessels for sale. I will be back! Pro tip: discount on beans if you buy a cup of coffee!

London Fog was on another level of deliciousness. It was the Ritz Carlton of drinks I've had in the particular category. Cozy atmosphere with plenty of unique personalities that give the place a perfect morning coffe vibe.

I don’t love the drinks here, but the atmosphere, nice workers, and tasty food make it a great spot. Their chai is very traditional and not my favorite, the latte was just okay as well. Their bacon egg and cheese was delightful! The chili oil added perfect spice. I also appreciate how they have tampons and pads in the restroom for free. What a small subtle way to support women :)

Great atmosphere and cool outdoor area. Good WiFi connection indoor and outdoor. Unfortunately, my coffee order was not that great. I had the Allie Americano, which was sour, and I got a heartburn instantly after a few sips so I couldn’t finish it. I’ll try something different next time.

The rosemary limeade was amazing. Refreshing, tasteful, just right. I would absolutely return just for that drink. It was 5 stars for me! The matcha was nice and strong too. The customer service was lacking, unfortunately. I went twice, and both times I had to get the attention of the person at the counter to take my order instead of someone asking if they could help me. I smiled with no reciprocation and it felt awkward. Maybe it was just a couple of off-days! Either way, the drinks were really good and I want to go back for that limeade!

A little gem of a hip place in a unexpected location. Falls Rd near Wicked Sisters. Great chill atmosphere, cool knick knacks and desserts/coffee/wine. Up the outside wooden steps you'll find a small plant shop with a greenhouse 🥰

Friendly coffee spot with well-curated sundries for your home. You'll love all the ceramics they have for sale. Lots of seating options and a wonderful outdoor area with different types of seating and meandering garden paths. Very beautifully designed. Espresso drinks are top notch - I really appreciate the darker warmer roast and opposed to the bright fruity espresso taste. I haven't tried the food, but from the care and effort that I see go into the prep, I am sure it is fantastic.

This place makes the BEST cappuccino in the DMV area, not just Baltimore. The latte art is great; but, beyond that, the espresso in their cappuccinos are never acidic or sour and never taste burnt!!! I can’t say this about any other coffee shop, regardless of how good their latte art is.

The vibe is cool but the customer service is hit or miss depending on your barista. My biggest issue was the toast. I ordered the herb toast on sourdough but they gave me the floral toast on brioche. I took a bite and it was disgusting. I had my sister in law try it as well and she said it was gross. Maybe the ingredients were bad, not sure. I would not get food here again.

Really nice place to get work done! Inside is really aesthetic and they sell several things from candles to books, other household items and of course coffee and food. I got an iced vanilla latte and luckily was able to grab a table right when someone left. Otherwise it may be hard to find seating. The building itself is over 100 years old and good neighbor has managed to keep that charm. Overall this was a great stop and I wish I was able to spend more time to look through everything they were selling too.
