I have never walked into a jewelry store in my life until this experience - I brought in a too big ring thinking it was costume jewelry, and two days later walked out with my lovely antique gold ring, sized perfectly to fit me for a wonderfully reasonable price. They also looked at a few other pieces for me and offered some quick general evaluations, and were just overall wonderful and sweet. Highly recommend.
