This place has become appalling. The reception process is appalling. Nicola is rude and they have no way of identifying the “tourist antigen fit to fly” queue and those of us trying to access normal resident services. They are being greedy to make a buck while they can. The nurses and gynaecologist are actually excellent but you can’t get past Nicolas “NO” attitude. She can’t be bothered to do anything. Do not use this centre until they find a competent reception who can ensure the queue is not out the door and down the stairs. Either way it doesn’t hurt to smile and be pleasant

Did my 70 year old driving licence here, licence came today. Lovely doctor and staff.

Super efficient as before. Made the appointment online, was seen an hour later on the dot, and was out and in the pharmacy in 10 mins having seen doc and nurse. Great service 👏

I feel as though I need to add a note to my earlier post to say that yesterday after much time and effort I eventually secured a flu vacine returned to the centre that afternoon & was attended to quickly. I cannot bring myself to remove the post completely as I feel it would have been good practice for the staff to have warned us of the exhausted supplies & then it would have been our decision weather or not to proceed with the perscription. Alls well that ends well *Absolutely atrocious I have been sold a 20 euro worthless perscription for a flu vaccine (vacuna de gripe) which was for my 85 year old mother. Told to take it to the farmacia pay for the vaccine and return to have it administered when I went to the farmacia No no we don't have these when I returned to the receptionist and told her she said try another farmacia I cannot advice which one will have them. I have tried several and no famacia have them. The staff at the centre must have known this and still sold me the worthless perscription I have been robbed of 20 euros. Clients beware !!!!

My husband had severe lower abdominal pain so went here for help. The doctor saw him for less than 5 minutes and did not even examine his stomach just prescribed some tablets at a cost of €8 (on top of €65 consultation fee) which made no difference what so ever. When we googled the tablets they were just the spanish equivalent of Rennies. He has since been diagnosed with a hernia!!! Would not recommend this medical centre, total rip off

My wife had to see the dr on 21 March 2023. Staff were extremely helpful. Diagnosed with chest infection and given antibiotics. Dr, reception staff and pharmacist all extremely helpful. Happy to recommend the clinic.

They have very good physiotherapist who is - interested in his work and very skilled .

Great GP service. Reception staff are very helpful. Fantastic monthly membership scheme gives access to a huge range of specialists and treatments . Highly recommend this Centre
