    Avoid these charlatans like the plague. When I first moved to Spain I used teleast for my tv. Whenever there was a problem they never answered the phone so you had to go the office. There were usually a lot of other unsatisfied customers there too. I vowed never to use teleast again. I subscribed to tvhoradada in 2014 before they "joined" together. Seams their business practices are the same. Premium rate number for problems (which you will have) They never answer anyway. emails go unanswered. When they are you are fobbed off with "We will put an order in for an engineer it usually takes 1-3 days" emailed the 3rd day asking for an update on when the engineer is likely to arrive. No answer. would call it poor aftercare but it is actually non existant. I was paying for 6mb, never got more than 4mb and now is 0.012mb. A joke of a company maybe should spend more money on customer services rather than sales. I would give them no stars but you can't.

    Use less absolutely diabolical aftercare service. They don't answer their phone calls or emails. They keep taking my money from my account, and still no internet.
