Disgusting that nowadays pups are still in sale in petshops in Spain. Pups are stressed in cages without any activities and toys and no social life at all. Who buy stressed and unsocial pup? In the same building is veterinarian clinic - and personnel doesnot care about pups in cages. Some of pups are 6 mnth old. Do they spened whole their pup s life in cages? Shame on you! Disgraceful Petsworld Torrevieja!

Excellent and friendly popped in no appointment. Fairly quiet in the vets so asked if they would clip Rosa's nails. Certainly no problem, we can do them now. Great rapport with our girl. Many thanks.

Good place to cover the needs for ypur pet. Huge store but alot of empty space.

The vet Joachin is the best. Always listen and taking extra good care of scared owners and animals. My dogs love him. Also a good shop. But I had bad experience with the grooming lady once, she is not gentel with the dogs.

I have shopped a couple of times in Petsworld Torrevieja. Every visit has been very pleasurable. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. English speaking staff, infact there is an English chap who works there, who is very, very helpful and polite. Great selection of food stuffs for Dogs, Cats, fish, and more. If you decide to become a regular customer, then ask to join there discount system, and start accumulating points which can be used as discount on any of one's purchase(s). I always have a great and pleasant experience at Petsworld, Torrevieja. Why dont you try it! 👍👍👍

We bought a Yorkie. High class place. All shots and a passport included in the price. Very healthy and smart dog. Highly recommend this pet store.

This place has great choice of dog and cat food. It seems to stock everything for small animals. No problem parking.

Store has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I also highly recommend their vet services as they are pleasant, knowledgeable and great with my Rottweiler.

We visited the above Vets with our two dogs Meg & Lottie, we found them to be very pleasant and very thorough. The lady vet checked both the dogs and was very carefull to get the paperwork correct. Very pleased. David Jones.

Our first Veterinary appointment in Spain went very smooth and the vet was very service minded and nice to my dog Wilma who was extremely calm and showed no stress symptoms during treatment. We look forward to next appointment.

Good knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately the pet groomer Sophie although she gave our little Maltese a good facial haircut she caught the top of his back at bottom of tail and he was in pain. Cut it. Went in to buy a blow up collar to stop him licking it. Told manager and he eventually said that we could see their vets for free but there was a large queue and didn't want to upset Toby any further.

Absolutely fantastic, arrived without appointment, waited but seen, vet so kind to my scared dog, left happier with 2 injections, antibiotics and electrolytes, vet took me to counter to pay and shocked at how little bill was compared to extortionate prices in UK whole bill less than consultation at home. This is my second visit and couldn't recommend more highly.

Our experience was a good one. We purchased our little Chihuahua mini from Pets World. The staff were all friendly and helpful at all times and he was looked after by the vets in a really efficient but friendly manner. When you purchase a pup from PW all injections bar Rabies is in with the price. The price isn't cheap by any means but you do have the back up of free vet consultations and medication if required for the first week after purchase. Initially we wanted to give a rescue a home but small dogs are hard to come by and not speaking Spanish it was difficult to find a breeder. I'd like to believe that Pets World only use reputable breeders and that the breeding dogs have a decent life. I can only speak for ourselves and our own experience but it was all good.

The vet clearly remembers my dog. She remembered she x-rayed the back more than a year ago and therefore she now let me buy some painkillers to see if the dog would become more active. I didn't even bring the dog to the vet this time.

I regularly buy a lot of dog food for my horse-sized dogs here and have always been extremely satisfied with the service, the member card rewards, and the selection of food and treats. Recently, I also used their veterinary service to have one of my dogs' teeth cleaned. The vets were very friendly, explained the entire procedure clearly, and did a great job on his teeth! The only downside is that when I asked for the price of the teeth cleaning, an employee assured me it was 85€, no matter the weight. I specifically asked if it was the same price for my 40kg dog and she assured me it would be. When I picked him up, I had to pay over 120€. No itemized bill was given to show me what they charged me extra for, they just gave me a shop receipt. I won't get any more veterinary services done here, as my other local vet is more trustworthy and transparent. Nevertheless, it's a great shop! I recommend it :)
