Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Favourite place for my wife and all our friends and family when they come to Spain

VERY expensive. Would not advise anyone to visit here if you are buying on a budget. Staff very helpful though, but did not have much time for discussion after informing them I would like to think about the cost. Disappointed response overall.

I just had to write and share my experiences, people are very quick to report bad service, but don’t seem to acknowledge good service. I myself worked in stores in London and was trained in customer care and service. Unfortunately a lot of stores here in Spain, don’t seem to follow that. So when I went into Pandora in la zenia boulevard, I was blown away by the service I received from Larissa and Flor. They were both very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them, it was busy but they didn’t rush anyone and made each customer feel special, which to me is the secret to customer service. These girls genuinely enjoy what they do and are happy and friendly to everyone . Please give these girls a reward of some kind, they are jewels in the crown of Pandora, if not, la zenia.

I googled Nomination Bracelets and was given this shop. They DO NOT SELL NOMINATION!

No one was rude but I could not see the prices on all the goods and had no idea which were real jewels and which were substitutes. I think emeralds might have been displayed with non emeralds and diamonds with non diamonds. I was unable to understand the system

Great shop plenty of choice,in the last few days I have bought a bracelet and 9 charms there is so much choice and with Black Friday deals the prices are really good. Really pleased and the staff are really helpfu

Hand sanitizer avaiable at entrance. Friendly service from shop assistant, provided a good selection of products requested. Purchase completed.

Staff very pushy trying to get you to buy extra items. Also showing people things they had not asked to see. Three sets of customers there when we were there and all redirected to different and more expensive items.

I was so excited I could get my Disney Cinderella ring for my birthday here as I'd been to a previous pandora who unfortunately didn't have my size. The lady who served me was really friendly, helpful and polite.
