I ate here twice on my visit to Budapest. Overall I found the food to be good. I had no complaints about it. However, I felt the service was not so great. The guy working the front had this “I don’t care” attitude. He didn’t really explain the menu to me and answered my simple question as if I was putting a burden on his shoulder. The drinks in the fridge was warm and when I asked him for a cup of ice, he told me they didn’t have it (which I believe was a lie). So again, the food is decent but the service is below average.

Good BBQ plater. Smaller pieces were well cooked but the bigger piece was not so highly cooked. Overall good experience and taste.

Best place for "desi- Pakistani, Indian" food in Budapest. If you like to taste halal Desi food, then don't go anywhere else. Very reasonable price. (2022) Edit 2023: disappointed with the taste this time. The quality has gone down.

One of the best things that happened to me in Budapest. Amazing food with generous servings and extremely polite staff. If you are in Budapest this is a must.

Just went there for Halal restaurant but Beef and chicken Curry very wost. Totally west my beef curry.👎

Very delicious Pakistani food ! I was for a week in Budapest and visited frequently the place. Very friendly staff and quick service. Beryani chicken, Nihari and daal are really tasty. Nevertheless reasonable prices for the offered portions. I highly recommend to visit in downtown Budapest.

I am surprised that Pakistani food in Budapest was so good, in fact best in whole Europe! Been in so many countries, but Haldi is best. And very cheep prices. Will definitely come back

This restaurant is in the food court inside the mall. Food is good but comparatively prices look a little high & it may be due to the shopping mall. You can consider a minimum of 3200 HUF for lunch/ dinner

It used to serve the best authentic indian/pakistani food. Now it's just average. It used to have the best naan I knew. Now they give an oily lángos-like nightmare. Very disapointing. This is just indian like food with not enough spice on it. :( :( :( :(

Restaurant with lots of food option. Restaurant located in ground floor or food court floor of the mall. Staff was friendly and also recommended me the best when i was out of idea what to eat. Prices are very normal and portion of food is good. Food was tasty. Naan were freshly made. I visited him twice due to tasty food. I tried kofta, chicken, qeema with rice and naan.i am satisfied and also recommend you to visit him during your stay. Biryani is served on Fridays.

The food is just Yuck it seems like I am eating in a hostel mess. Plus the behavior of staff was rude it seems he was forced to do his job not even answering properly. Taking customers for granted. To all my indian friends don't visit this place dont fall for fake reviews. Better you visit (Tinus restaurant it's just 400 meters from West End.)

The food is fair and reasonably priced. Serves halal. The staff was friendly and swift. Would have been helpful if they had a menu in the English language too (given the number of tourists that visit Budapest and the central location)

Note/ the restaurant location is in the basement on the mall. We shall visit you again!

During our visit to Budapest, we tried food at Haldi and it was an amazing experience. In a very small place, they have got a variety of freshly cooked dishes at such an affordable prices. The guy at the reception gave us a warm welcome. I would definitely visit Haldi again if I come to Budapest. A much recommended place for desi food lovers.

Authentic Pakistani cuisine that is tasty, value for money & great portion sizes, managed by friendly & welcoming staff, if you are ever in Budapest then this is a must visit place.

If you are Asian and specifically South Asian food lover then this one is okay. Good place to have some quick bite at one of the biggest shopping mall of the city. Quality of food is good approximately above par. Price is quite moderate and staffs seems little bit exhausted but that can be understandable because of the location of this place. Altogether four star from my side. One star minus because you won’t find any difference between this and other restaurants which sale same kind of food in the city.

Definitely eating here a few more times in the future. Rich flavours, reasonable prices, big portions. Good stuff!!!

Amazing place! Delicious food, kind and fast service, low prices. What else do you need? Be aware it is inside of a big shopping mall, which can be really crowded. 😊 Definitely worth the visit! 👍

If you are in Budapest please do yourself a favor and eat here. They have a changing menu. Prices are dirt cheap compared to other European countries and the portions are huge. Authentic biryani. Highly recommend

I have been looking for briani that would satisfy my taste buds ever since I am here and I finally found it at Haldi! Very much affordable food with huge portions! I will be a regular now.

Not too spicy, not too mild. This shop’s curry embodies so delicate balance of flavor of curry. Though this is a fast food restaurant, the quality is beyond a fast food’s one.

Fantastic value. We did not expect such an authentic and delicious restaurant in a mall. If you like Pakistani and Indian food and you are in Budapest, go there!
